Chapter 21 I love you

Yugi looked at Yami with a confused look. He just saw Yamis lips move, he heard his name, but nothing more, he didn't know what he had said, and it scared him, he didn't like the look Yami had, he didn't like that fact that he had changed back, back from Pian.

Something was wrong, and he could feel it, he didn't knew what Yami had in mind, but he had a felling h didn't like it, i didn't like the look he had in his eyes.

" I know who I will choose. " Yami said and Yugi looked at him, his look didn't change, he looked determined, but for what? what did he have in mind? Yugi wanted to now, so he could stop him, he didn't like this at all.

Yami turned a little and walked up to the glimmering thing, he looked at the demon and then crunched down, he touched the thing and looked at Yugi, his eyes showed sadness and he could see the confusion, the fear in Yugis eyes.

He forced himself to look back, look back at the thing on the floor, he took the thing up and turned his head to the demon, and to his friends. " Do you remember, what you tried to do to Pain? " Yam asked, without moving a single muscle, he just sat there, and looked at the demon straight in the eyes. The demon looked back at him, he didn't show any emotions, but Yami could feel them, he knew he was confused. " Don't you remember? You tried to kill him, with a knife. " Yami stood up, still with the 'knife' in his hand, but he didn't show it.

--And what do you want to say with that!-- the demon didn't ask, he more said, but Yami could feel his fear, he knew what he was going to do, or more guessed.

" It isn't green, which means, you can't get it to go away. " Yami showed the knife he had in his hand, he didn't look at Yug, he couldn't, he couldn't see his face, he just continued to at the demon, he was the only one in the room he wanted to look at. He could feel Pain, he could feel how he tried to stop him, but there was no other way, and if he was force to choose, between his friends, then he would rather choose himself, instead of one of them, or all of them. " Do you want to know my answer? " Yami asked, he took a step to the side, to look at Yugi,just a quick look, to see how he looked.

But he looked away just as fast, he couldn' take that look, he couldn't... He couldn't look at him. " My answer is... My answer i Yugi... Tea, Joey and Trisan. " Yugis eyes widened, he had a feeling he know, that he know what Yami was going to do, and just the thought about it, made him... He didn't know, he just wanted everything to stop, everything and everyone to go away. Everyone beside Yami, he just wanted to see him, be with him, no one eles, he couldn't explain it, he just had this feeling, this weird feeling that he couldn't explain.

Yami, without looking, put the knife at his wrist.

--Your a fool, why would you d that, for them?-- The demon asked and nicked his head a little to Yugi and the others, but Yamis respond was to only shock his head.

The tip on the knife touched his wrist and he moved it slowly, blood slipped down on the floor, both red, and black.

" Yami stop! You don't... " Yugi yelled but stopped when he saw Yamis face.

" Do you know how it feels? To see the ones you love die in front of your eyes? " Yami said and saw the demon take a step forward. Without hesitate, put e the knife in his wrist and both Yami and the demon feel forwards on their knees. " I don't want that again, i can't, Yugi I... " Yami drew out the knife from his wrist and looked at the demon, he saw the pain in his eyes, but not only his, he could see the pain in Pains eyes too, he didn't want this, he didn't want Pain to suffer. But he didn't want Yugi to suffer either, and he couldn't stand to see another person he loved die in front of his own eyes.

He looked at Yugi, the green knife above them vanished, and the green light around their legs slowly started to get weaker.

He put the knife against his other wrist and looked at Yugi. " I'm so sorry. " Yugi opened his mouth, but nothing come out, not from him, a scream of pain was heard from Yami and the demon and he vanished. Together with the room, and the green light.

Yami feel to the floor and before anyone had the chance to even blink, was Yugi there, beside Yami.

" Yami no, you didn't have.... You didn't have... " A tear feel down on Yamis cheek.

He looked down at his wrists, they were red, they were all red, he couldn't even see the color n his hands. " Yami... " Yugi closed his eyes, but opened them again, when he felt something touch his cheek.

" Are you angry? " Yami asked, his voice weak but his eyes showed strength, and a power to live.

" Of course i'm... I'm not angry, how could i be that, I... " Yugi stopped, the word stuck in his throat. The tears ran down his cheeks and down on Yamis hand.

Yami took a deep breath, and looked Yugi in the eyes. " Love you. "

I'm so so so so sorry about this... This is the last chapter and I ended it this way, I'm sorry.

But, i can't leave it that way can i? No, and thats why i'm going to make a squeal. But it may take a while, i worked so hard to make this chapter done, cause i didn't want to left you hanging, but i guess i left you hanging anyway, sorry. I worked really hard so I could update it, and I was up so late. So I'm sorry if it can be bad somewhere.

And I will tell you when the squeal is out, but until then, please don't kill me, cause if you do, the you never will now what happened, so don't kill me, you can kill me after that, if you still want to.

But i hope anyway that you liked it, and I just want to say thank you for actually reading this whole book, i hope you liked it, not only the chapter, the whole book. and i hope i can make the squeal good too, and that you want to read it.
