" Stop it."

Naiirita na ako habang tinitingnan ang mga facial expressions ni Friday habang iniikot ang tingin sa kwarto ko.

He still have the same annoying expressions as I remember when we were kids.

" What?"tanong niya.

Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay. " Now that you've seen it. You can go and don't dare tell anyone where I am or I will hunt you down, I swear."

Imbis na maapektuhan ng banta ko, naupo pa ito sa maliit kong kama. Masyado siyang malaki para sa kama na iyon. Mukhang pag nahiga siya, sakop niya lahat ng space.

" Hey!"

Bingi ba 'to?
Hindi.
Nagbibingihan?
Oo.

" I can't believe you ran away from your responsibilty just to live in this small and old apartment."he gaze at me like I'm an alien.
" Instead of marrying the king and living like a queen, you chose this.." he motioned the room.

" Why do you think I chose this.." I copied his gesture. " life?"

" Because-"

" Because I don't want to marry the king."I cut him off. " Okay na ako dito. I like living a normal life. I love mingling with the mortal world. It's interesting."

He smirked. " You're crazy."

" You're calling me crazy? Sino ba itong nakita ko sa club na may kasayaw na mortal na babae and almost making out? And it looks like she's your dinner."

He grunted. " I was just having fun. Tsk. And by the way, hindi lang ako ang gumagawa 'nun."

" Don't toy with humans, Friday. We may be vampires but we are not animals."

" Oh. The diplomat!"

" I'm serious. Sino pa ang ibang kasama mo doon sa club? Other vampire royalties?  Or somebody who might recognize me."
Kapag nahuli ako lagot ako. I need to make sure I'm still safe.

" Wala na. I was sure Gabriel already went home before I saw gou."

Si Gabriel?

" K-kasama mo si Gabriel kanina?"

Did he saw me too nang hindi ko nalalaman? But I would have sensed that. Hindi siguro.

" Gabriel, your petty crush left as soon as we enter the club."he smirked, teasing me.

Kumunot naman ang noo ko. " What? Are you teasing me with Gabriel?"

" Don't think I ever forget your undying puppy love."

I gave him a disgusted look. " That was so long ago, Friday. You think I give a damn about romance right now? When I discovered I will be married to Valentine, it killed any romantic veins in me."

" Oh come on! Don't tell me you're actually turning into a dude, Samson? What the fxck?"

Mabilis na lumipad ang malapit na bagahe ko sa kanya na mabilis niya namang naiwasan.
" Hey! I was just kidding."he laughed. " Kapag naging lalaki ka, mababawasan ang mga vampire beauties sa mundo natin."

" Kapag siguro naging lalaki na ako, hindi na ako pakakasalan ng hari." I smiled maliciously.

" You're creeping me out. Don't joke like that."he shivered.
Natawa ako ng malakas.

Nung mapatingin ako kay Friday, nakangiti na siya. It was a soft smile. Nawala ang ngiti ko.
" What?"

" Nah. I just missed you. It's been years since I've seen you laughing."
