You continued your walk down the white path that was now covered with ash. It was the past, present and future, you guessed.

The next face you saw caused even more tears to spring to your eyes. You cried so much it hurt. His curly brown hair was gelled back so you could see his eyes, that were the original shade of brown. You shook your head, refusing to believe this nightmare to be the truth. You desperately tried to hug him, and instead of a ghostly moment where he went through you, his arms wrapped around you, giving you a comforting embrace. You could feel his hot breath on your shoulder as your ice cold tears dropped onto his white shirt.

"No! Not you! It can't be you!" You said, crying into his shoulder.

"Both of us, sooner than you think, Y/n" He said, a stray tear leaking from his eye. You pressed your thumb into his cheek, wiping away the tear.

"I never said-" You whispered

"Neither did I" He replied. You knew what you were both speaking about, even if it hurt to say the real words. You couldn't say them here, in this crystal dystopian dream.

"Forgive me for that" Peter said, taking your hand and wrapping it into his.

"I will, just don't go" You said, holding his hand as his other hand started to disappear into ash.

"I don't wanna go-I have to. Forgive me?" He said, his body now almost gone.

"Always" You said, feeling the hand you once held disappear from you, leaving you alone and feeling sick to your stomach. One hand shook in loss and fear, the other stayed still, trying to remember what it felt like to hold his hand. It was cold, but not ice to the touch. It was more of a cool temperature, which was even more unnerving. With ice cold hands, you knew they were dead. If someone had cool hands, would they die soon?

You looked down at your empty hand, whishing to feel the same pain and agony he had. It never came. Death taunted you by taking someone and leaving you alone. You knew he was going to heaven and you were bound to hell; just like Natasha. It didn't matter how much good you did now, you still did awful things as Shadow.

Your body jolted, and your mind was pulled back from the protector stones grasp. It reminded you of everyone you failed, which gave you the strength to run again. You didn't look back at what happened behind you, mainly because you were afraid of what you'd see. Peter was in front of you, which gave you a great sense of relief. You could hear Natasha and Wanda calling after you two, and more feet joining them. You only paused for breath when you were inside the jet that Tony had taken to get here. You quickly made your way to the cockpit, where you sat down in one of the leather chairs and grabbed Peters hand. You shook away the memories of what happened moments ago, and pressed it to a

"You know how to fly this thing?!" Peter asked, and you shook your head

"No, but F.R.I.D.A.Y does" You said

"Please give voice activation" She said, and Peter looked at you with curiosity

"Spiderman"

"Please try again" She said, and Peter groaned

"Underoos" He said, and the screen lit up, making you laugh in disbelief.

"F.R.I.D.A.Y, fly us to Hyde Park, London please" You asked the machine, and it accepted, lifting off the ground and beginning its flight. You sat into the chair and relaxed, closing your eyes and taking a moment to relive the horrors you saw.

"You ok?" Peter asked you from the back of the jet, and you nodded.

"Yeah. It was the stone. It showed me something I need to stop happening before I say something to someone" You said, trying to be as secretive as possible. As much as you wanted to tell him, you wondered how awkward the flight would be if he didn't feel the same way.

"What did you need to say?" He asked, a lump in his throat. He wanted you to say the words he was longing to say, but he was also scared of loosing you. You were so important in his life; he couldn't imagine a world where you two hadn't met. His suit was still loose by his stomach and legs, so he pressed the spider emblem on his chest and tightened it. You refused to look, wanting to desperately tell him how much you wanted him to be yours.

"It's nothing. Just a small thing, really" You said, hoping to be dismissive of the whole thing. Peter realised you weren't going to say anything, so walked to where you were and sat down in the co-pilots seat.

"How long until we're there?" You asked F.R.I.D.A.Y

"20 Minutes" She replied, causing you to jolt up.

"It takes nearly 10 hours, I swear!" You exclaimed

"This is Stark technology-he told me about it. Our bodies are unaware of the speed we're travelling at" Peter explained, looking out the window and seeing the clouds go by so fast it made him dizzy

"How fast are we going, then?" You asked, starting to feel shaky about the speed. You'd watched too many Shane Dawson videos the night before; the main one being how to survive a plane crash. You could feel every shake the plane did, every small turn and turbulence.

"Six times the speed of sound" F.R.I.D.A.Y answered, and suddenly you felt sick. You were flying in a super sonic jet that could crash at any second.

Clint piloted the jet as they followed the two runaway teenagers. Tony, Wanda, Natasha Steve and Scott were in the back as Tony called his team, trying to get everyone to help. At this point, he didn't care if Ross jailed him. Tony had come to his senses, realising that if they couldn't do what they could, there was no point doing it at all.

"What are they thinking?" Tony asked no one in particular

"Y/n is angry at him-can't you tell?" Clint said from the cockpit

"She's hurting, she thinks facing the issue alone is better. I did the same with Pietro-by taking out Ultron." Wanda said, her voice wavering as she looked out the window.

"So you think she's gonna kill her dad?" Steve asked, his arms crossed as he thought deeply about the girl he barely knew

"I don't know what she'll do. The only person who knows her well is Peter" Wanda said, fiddling with the ring on her index finger nervously. They were flying over Brighton's beaches as they spoke, it all being a blur. Soon enough they were in Hyde Park, where Y/n and Peter were standing, in confrontation with Kraven The Hunter. Tony made an advancement, getting ready to move, but Steve held him back.

"Let's see how they handle this, Tony. They're 15, give them some independence." Steve said, watching the two of you get gradually angrier. Peter wrapped a hand around yours, and Steve heard Wanda squeal, as much as she denied later doing any such thing. The Avengers were currently crouched in a bush, looking onwards as the firey discussion went on, a fight seeming imminent.

"He has no army" Natasha pointed out

"Maybe not now, but he might do soon." Clint said, before a scream was heard and Y/n dropped to the floor, Peter webbing the man up and trying to console Y/n.

Whatever she had just heard shattered her life and tore it down.
