Today something bad happened.
I saw Pete, Dallon, and Lyn-Z in the hallway and decided to say hi, but when I got there Lyn-z said to me, "Not today, Shortie."
"What's wrong?" I asked. She turned to me, glaring.
"None of your fucking business." She hissed.
My eyes widened. "That's a bad word."
Dallon spoke this time, "Wow, that's got to be the most pathetic thing I've ever heard. Suck it up, Shortie. And shut up and leave while you're at it." My eyes started to water. Why were they being so mean?
"Leave," Pete warned, "Before I make you."
"Why are you being so mean?"
"Well, I gave you a warning."
A fist.
Pete punched me.
