It was a typical Tuesday. Stiles and Cas were in the kitchen working diligently as their six year old read silently in his room. Dean had always given Stiles and Cas crap for the 'apple pie' life the two of them had created. They had been married for almost ten years now. Four years in they had decided they wanted a child, one that was both of theirs, biologically. It was complicated, but with the archangel Gabriel on their side, not impossible. Now here they were six years later with a son.

He was a good kid, as far as six year olds went. He was respectful and polite. He was kind and if not a little sarcastic, thanks to Stiles. Dean complained that he was too much like his uncle Sammy. So Dean made it his life goal to corrupt the littlest Winchester. He bought him little rock t-shirts and taught him how to mix pop rocks and soda, but when Sam and Gabriel got together, well Gabriel decided to join in on the fun. He, being an angel, popped in on occasion, this being one of those occasions.

"Hiya, Liam," Gabriel said appearing in the child's room.

Liam looked up from his cat in the hat book.

"Hi, uncle Gabe," Liam set his book aside and rushed the angel, hugging his neck tightly.

"Daddy Cas says you're like the cat in the hat," Liam grinned widely pointing at the newly discarded book.

"That just means I'm a lot of fun," Gabriel winked. He would admit, he'd been a particularly bad influence on the kid. Dean just bought him pie and loud toys, but Gabriel had been trying to teach the little nephilim how to use his angel powers.

It had started of subtle, how to moved his matchbox cars a few inches without touching them, and how to turn on his bedroom light when he couldn't reach, but now, now Gabriel was ready to truly corrupt.

"I have a trick I want to teach you," Gabriel smiled mischievously, sitting on the floor.

Liam nodded with eager eyes. He loved uncle Gabe's tricks.

"Okay, you can't tell your dad's about this, they'll kill uncle Gabe, alright?" Gabriel asked.

Once again Liam nodded with a large green.

"I'm going to teach you how to summon candy," Gabriel held out his empty hand. Suddenly a sucker appeared.

"Whoa," Liam gasped with wide eyes. He'd seen Gabriel do magic tons of time, but he was always so amazed by it.

"Okay, so hold out your hand and imagine the candy in your hand," Gabriel urged the little boy.

Liam held out his tiny hand and stared hard at it. Nothing happened. Liam frowned in disappointment.

"Okay, let's try again, think of the candy that you want, the flavor that you want, and then picture it in your hand," Gabriel tried again.

Still nothing.

"Okay, close your eyes and imagine the candy. Imagine yourself eating it, imagine what it tastes like, what it looks like, imagine it's in your hand and you're about to eat-" Gabriel stopped mid sentence as a watermelon lollipop appeared in the little tot's hand.

"I did it, uncle Gabe, I did it!" Liam jumped to his feet in excitement.

"High five," Gabriel held up his hand.

Liam's hand met his just as Cas appeared in the door.

"Gabriel, stop giving Liam candy before dinner," Cas huffed taking the sucker from the child.

"Don't you know you shouldn't take candy from a baby?" Gabriel spoke as if Cas had done something horribly offensive.

"I didn't take it from you, I took it from Liam," Cas quipped with a smirk.

Gabriel looked fake offended again.

"Liam, go wash up," Cas ordered gently. Liam did as he was told without fuss.

"He's a good kid," Gabriel smiled after the littlest Winchester.

"I know, which is why you don't need to be with him, unsupervised," Cas huffed looking down at the candy, "Are you staying for dinner?" Cas asked.

"Course," Gabriel grinned.

Cas nodded before disappearing down the hall.

"Here uncle Gabe," Liam's voice spoke from behind the angel. He turned to see Gabriel's favorite sucker appear in his little hand. He handed the sucker to his uncle.

"That's for teaching me a cool trick," Liam smiled excitedly, before running off after Cas.

Gabriel smiled down at the strawberry flavored treat. Yeah, Dean was right, Liam was way too much like his uncle Sammy.
