I woke up, more energetic than usual, I was happy, I was humming to myself, it was as if I returned to the cheerful self I once was.
The thought of seeing Moon made me feel better than ever, I washed my face and headed to the kitchen where everyone was having breakfast.

"Hey son, looks like someone woke up full of energy today" my dad said.
"Yeah big brother, you are beaming today!" Lillie said.
"Could it be, because of the visit we are having today?" my mom teased.
I was doing a little dance heading to my seat, I kissed everyone on the head and sat down.
Everyone in the table was surprised, and it took me a while to realize what I was doing.

I blushed, trying to find an excuse I said: "Well, I-Im just exited to be able to battle Lillie's friend, that's all".
Obviously, no one believed me, it was obvious for them what was happening and I wasn't listening to my feelings to notice.
"sure bro, sure" Lillie said with a smirk.

I took a piece of toast and began eating, a couple of minutes passed until the doorbell rang.
I immediately rushed to the door, asking Hobbs not to open, I had to do it myself.
Boom! I opened it, and there she was, standing at the door, with her braided hair, her moonstone eyes, wearing a hat and an orange flowered top.

"Alola Gladion!" Moon said giving me a hug, while my face turned into a Tamato berry.
"A-A-A-"..., I tried to say Alola back, but no words came from my mouth. "Bless you!" she said thinking I was about to sneeze, an opportunity I had to take so I didn't came out as creepy.

"T-thanks! hehe" I laughed nervously, then, Lillie came to the door to greet her BFF.
"Alola!!" both exclaimed while hugging, "come in, come in!" Lillie said exited.
Once inside, Moon greeted everyone, and my mom took the opportunity to tell her: "Glad you came! someone was very exited to see you!".
Obviously she was referring to me, I panicked, "Oh! I wanted to see Lillie too!" Moon replied.
I felt like I just evaded a bullet, I just exclaimed in my head: "Mom!"

My mother giggled it off, and after that awkward situation, Lillie took Moon to the garden and I followed them.
"My brother was so anxious to battle you" my sister said, "He likes strong opponents" she winked. It was as if all my family was plotting on embarrassing me in front of Moon.
"I see, is that so Gladion?" Moon asked in a serious tone while putting her hands in her hips.

"T-that's right!" I replied making my hand-on-face pose. I could see a faint blush on Moon's cheeks when I did it, man she was cute.
"Then let's get into business!" She said, she looked dazzling when she got serious.
"Then let's do it!" I said smiling,
"I'll be the referee" Lillie said.
"Very well! go Brionne!" exclaimed Moon.
