A new team is formed

"Lycanroc, show your crimson glare!" I called, sending out my partner from his Ultra Ball. Brionne and Lycanroc stared at each other with an intense look in their eyes ready to start.

"Aqua jet!" Moon commanded, Brionne jumped and danced through the air engulfed in water, it was super fast.
"Use counter!" I shouted, Lycanroc tried to hit Brionne back, but with an elegant spin, Brionne appeared right behind Lycanroc, striking him.

"I've never seen something so incredible" I said with my mouth slightly open. Moon blushed, "Hehe, that's the result of our special training!" she said, Brionne landed on the grass and posed with it's hands pointing to the sky.

"Her name is Marina, she's my official first Pokémon" Moon told me, "You nickname your Pokémon too? Hehe, I guess my sister isn't the only one who does that" I said.
We stared at each other smiling,
"Um, guys? the battle?" Lillie asked.
I realized it was happening again, "Oh! Right!" Moon and I said at the time, snapping from our trance.
We scratched our heads on the back laughing awkwardly.

"Alright! here we go!" I yelled, I never felt this pumped over a battle, it was as if Moon brought out the best in me.
Lycanroc and Marina fought bravely, in the end, Lycanroc couldn't keep up with the agile Brionne.

"Alright!" Moon shouted, hugging her water pokémon and making a pose. My jaw dropped once more but this time all open, she was gorgeous! I blushed, "That was a really great battle!" I congratulated.
It was funny, losing battles used to frustrate me, they made me feel I wasn't strong enough and needed to train even more. But with Moon, I felt happy, my worries were gone and I genuinely enjoyed our battle.

"Thanks Gladion! you are super  strong too!" she said, we did a handshake. We both blushed at the feel of our touch, and then, we returned our partners back into their Poké Balls.
"Hey Moon, where are you going to go after leaving?" my sister asked.
"I'm going to finish all trials at Akala, our friends Mallow and Lana will help me with them" Moon cheerfully stated.
"Ah, then let me give you some goodies for your trip!" Lillie responded.

I had to do something, I couldn't let Moon leave my reach again, I wanted to be beside her!
"H-hey...Moon?" I shyly said,
"Huh? what is it Gladion?" she looked at me.
"Have you ever considered traveling with a companion?" I asked timidly.
"Traveling with company huh?" she thought for a few seconds, "That's actually a great idea!" she exclaimed, I was so happy hearing her say that.

"Then, how about I join you?" I asked, shaking.
"You want to come with me?" she also asked.
"Y-yeah! I-I mean, maybe that way we can become strong together! hehe..." I said with a big smile.
"I would love that! Let's ask Lillie to join us!" she said.
"W-wait...my sister too?" I asked a little disappointed, I was hoping to travel together just the two of us.
"Of course! it will be so much fun!" Moon responded happily.
I couldn't couldn't say no after watching her smile saying that, I just melted.
"S-sure!" I said cheerfully.

Lillie returned with a bag full of berries and healing Items.
"Hey Lilz! your brother came with a great idea! let's all go in a journey together!" Moon yelled exited.
Lillie's face brightened up, "Yay!!".
