Peter's POV
"Hey Peter can we talk for a bit". Mr.Stark say walking in." Yeah of course". I follow him out of the hospital room." Are you and y/n dating". He asks." Um no"." Do you want to date"." Uhh I mean she is very unique". I say but he cuts me off." Do you like her Peter". I bow my head." Yes sir". I say. He sighs." Keep her safe and I swear if anything happens to her or you break her heart I know 67 different ways to hurt you"." You can trust me sir I will never hurt her". I say. He gives me a hug." Well I have to get back to work stay with her I already called in to your guys school to tell them know that you both will be taking a few days off". He says walking away.
" What abo-"." They'll send you your homework". He says cutting me off. I smirk then go back in the room to find y/n still asleep.
I walk over to her and shake her gently not to hurt her." Y/n wakey wakey". I say. She stretches not raising her arms." Hm what time is it". I check the clock." Almost 4:30". I say back." Ugh 5 more minutes". I roll my eyes and giggle." Okay I'll be right back in 5 minutes".
I exit the room to find some snacks since we skipped lunch when I overhear Mr.Stark and one of the doctors talking. I go closer and put my ear close enough to hear." So what your saying is we are gonna cut off her left arm". Stark says." It's the only way for her to recover faster. The medicine we gave her didn't help heal her left arm at all. It's the only way". The doctor says." Ugh so what is gonna have to be done"." Well Mr.Stark we will have to cut from the shoulder".
I can feel Stark rub his eyes." Okay will I have to make her a metal arm like Bucky's". He asks." It will be more capable for her to learn with that false arm yes"." Okay fine we'll do it I'll tell her tonight". I hear him going towards the door so I hurry up and head to the snack bar. I grab some chips and drinks and hurry back to the room. Where I find y/n still asleep. I set down the snacks and wake her up." Cmon sleepyhead time to get up". I say fixing her bed so she's sitting up." Ugh okay fine did you bring food". She asks sitting up." Yes I did I brought y/f/c (your favourite chip) and some other stuff". I say going through the snacks." Oh gimme gimme". She says pointing at y/f/c. I chuckle and open them then hand them to her.
We both sit in the bed talking and eating when she makes a suggestion." Wanna play a board game"." Yeah sure which one"." Hm how about monopoly". I nod in agreement." The game is in my room at the top of my closet". I nod and go grab it. I analyze her closet and see most of her clothes are her dads. I mind my own business and grab the game then head back to the hospital room.
