Chapter 48 Love

Peter's POV
     "I'm sorry but she didn't make it". The doctor says leaving us in a shock." No. No. No it can't be". Mr.Stark says. I just shake." No"! I yell." I promised to her she'll be okay. No she's okay". Mr.Stark yells." Please sir calm down". The doctor tells him. He pushes past the doctor and I follow.
   We enter the operating room and the sight is frightening. She is so pale and stiff. Her lips are as dry as a freakin desert. I walk up to her and grab her hand. Her hand is still warm." No babygirl please don't go". Mr.Stark says holding her other hand.
    I start crying more then I was. Her face is so calm like nothing happened. Her whole body is still." No". I whisper to myself. I look up and see her wound where she got shot." My.Stark and Mr.Parker we have to clean her up". The nurse says." I'm not leaving her again". I tell them." Please sir you'll be able to see her after we clean her up". The nurse tells me." Cmon Pete we have to go through her things". Mr.Stark says in a blank expression.
    I lower my head then stand up. I bend over and whisper in her ear." I will always love you y/n and I will never never stop". I kiss her pale dry lips for the last time. I meet Mr.Stark at the door and hug him not caring what he says. Surprisingly he hugs back.
   I begin to sob." I'm gonna miss her too Pete". He says. Just then the unspeakable happened the monitor started beeping again. Me and Mr.Stark break from the hug and turn to y/n." Peter what did you do"? Mr.Stark asks me but I'm too shocked to answer. I see her chest rise and fall over again." She's breathing". I say. I walk over to her and place my hand on her cheek. Realizing I still have her blood on my hand.
    Her eyes squint open." I need some Advil". She says in her scratchy voice. I smile and her dad runs over to her." Oh my gosh your okay". Mr.Stark says." Yeah I'm okay hurt like hell though". She says grabbing onto our hands." Language". Steve says walking into the room along with Bucky, Thor, Natasha, Loki, Clint, Wanda, and Bruce." Sorry". She says." Good to see you fine baby". Bucky says.

Your POV
"Good to see you fine baby". Bucky says. I decide to play a prank." Who's baby"? I ask. They all lower their head except Peter and my dad." Dang I'm just kidding". I say. They all smile." Good to have you back y/n". Steve says. I try to sit up but pain runs through my whole body." Hey kid stay down you still haven't recovered". Natasha tells me.
   I lay down then I decide to ask." So what happened". I ask." Wait you don't remember anything". Loki asks. I shake my head no." Well a little bit". I say." Um can me and y/n have some alone time". Pete asks. Everyone nods and understands. They all clear out the room.
   "So what happened". I ask again." Well you were taken by hydra on your birthday. You got brainwashed and beaten. We finally rescued you but you still had little memory. So we went back to contain your memories and a fight broke out. You......You had gotten shot trying to protect me". He finishes. Guilt covers his face. I squeeze his hand.
    I'm about to say something then get cut off by my dad entering the room." Pete step back". He says. Confusion runs over me and Peter." W-why". Peter asks stepping back." She still is apart of hydra. Banner did some tests and she still has some of the serum. He thought the hit would have been enough guess not". My dad says." Is it like Mr.Barnes where they use trigger words"? Pete asks. He nods.
    "Get her in a containment cell". I bang my head on the bed." I'm sorry honey". I cut him off." Don't be it's the only way to keep me from hurting myself and others". I tell him staring up at the ceiling. The doctors unhook me and roll the hospital bed to a cell. My dad kisses my forehead then they leave me in my cell.
   I get up from the bed holding my wound. The window is not hidden I see my dad. I look around to find art supplies. I chuckle. Then I remember Pietro. I limp to the supplies and write on a piece of paper. 'Get Wanda for me I need to talk to her please'. I stick it against the window. My dad reads it and leaves to get Wanda.
   I wait a while then see Wanda open the door. She turns on the speaker." What did you need to talk about baby"? She questions." I saw Pietro". I tell her. Her eyes freeze." W-what"? She questions." I saw him Wanda he was there I hugged him. He told me to tell you that he loves you". I tell her. She lowers her head and I see a tear fall." How did you see him"." When I was unconscious I was up there. I know how to see him again Wanda".
   She stands up and goes closer to the window." How"? She asks." There's these pills the first time I went up there my mom gave me. They are in my bedside dresser". I tell her." Can I use them". She asks." I think it'll be best if I go with you". I tell her." Of course". She placed her hand on the window and I align my hand with hers." Thank you". I nod. Then she leaves. Leaving me alone.
