We had alerted the crew about our departure, making sure to tell them to be on watch constantly in case of an attack while we were gone.
I would be missing the funeral, even though I wasn't really planning on going there in the first place.
The director of it would probably make me do a speech, which I normally do good at unless it's on this kind of touchy subject.
"Dylan, you ready?" I asked.
"I'm coming now," He affirmed.
Shortly after, Dylan hopped into the car and we drove out of the community and started towards their base.
"Okay, so the thing is, I don't know where they are by roads, but I know them by paths, so just go into the glove department and grab that map," I told him.
"When did you do this?" He asked.
I shrugged, "I mapped it out last night or this morning -- who knows," I answered. "Our closest tower to them was like a mile or two maybe, so I just followed the roads around the woods."
"How long do you think this will take?" He asked.
"Maybe 40, 50 minutes. Depends on the roads," I stated.
"Can I pop in a CD?" He asked.
"As long as you do not pick any of that Hollywood undead crap that Nate listens to, then sure," I said.
He twisted his body around and rustled through the case and pushed himself back up when he found something, "Queen?" He asked
"What album?" I asked
He held the CD up to his face to see the tiny letters on it, "News of the World."
I gave him a thumbs up and he popped it into the CD player.
Buddy you're a boy make a big noise
Playin' in the street gonna be a big man some day
You got mud on yo' face
You big disgrace
Kickin' your can all over the place
Singin'
At this point, Dylan decided to sing along to the music, "We will we will rock you!" He practically yelled.
"This is gonna be a long car ride," I said.
He turned his head to the side, "It's not that bad."
You big disgrace
Wavin' your banner all over the place
We will we will rock you
Sing it
We will we will rock you...

After about 45 minutes of on and off scream-singing from Dylan, we arrived at The Commissioners home base. Of course, we didn't drive right up to their gates, we parked about a block or two away from the main gates, in case they would take our car so we couldn't escape.
"Did the letter mention anything about bringing weapons?" He asked.
I shook my head, "No, but do you think I would walk into an enemy base without any weapons?"
He shook his head, "Nope."
We walked up to the gates and immediately the guards lifted their guns up, "Hands up!" A Latino man ordered.
I glanced over at Dylan and put my hands up, making sure to leave a bored look on my face.
"Open the gates," The man yelled. "You guys walk in slowly, don't pull anything." He ordered us.
The gates opened slowly and we walked into, people immediately surrounding us, guns raised.
"Nice to see you guys too,"I muttered.
