Going Back

Macy’s POV

I woke up seeing Nash beside me loudly snoring while his arms wrapped around me, he can be a dork sometimes, but I love that about him. I guess we got caught up in watching movies that we fell asleep. I turned to the side table to check my phone and I saw a text from Andy.

“Hate to break it to you but we have to leave London tonight.  Call me when you see this. J” Wait what? She even had the guts to put a smiley at the end.

I immediately unlocked my phone to call Andy or Ken. I looked at my contacts and found one of their numbers and just called, I don’t know who I dialled, I really didn’t care.

“What do you mean we’re leaving tonight?” I asked as I walked inside the bathroom.

“Change of plans, there isn’t any available plane ticket until next week, it’s all booked. The only one available is the train which leaves tonight and we’ll arrive at Dundee around tomorrow morning.” Andy explained.

“Why can’t we just leave tomorrow, like isn’t there a time slot where will leave tomorrow morning and arrive at Dundee at night?”

“Nope, and we already bought the tickets, also the next schedule is 2 days from now and we have classes already at that time. Sorry.” She said.

“I hate you.” I said jokingly.

“I love you too.” Andy replied and I hanged-up.

As soon as I finished my phone call with Andy, Nash comes in the bathroom. He hugs me from the back and rests his head to my right shoulder. We were looking at each other’s reflection on the mirror.

“Is there a problem my lady?” He playfully said.

“Yes. I’m sorry, but we have to leave tonight, I mean me, Ken and Andy are leaving tonight.” I smiled awkwardly at him.

The expression on his face was a combination of what and why. I explained to him why we had to leave tonight. I felt bad for the both of us cause we were having so much fun and then it will all be gone cause I had to go. Who knows when I’ll see this weirdo again. I still wanna spend more time with him and the others but there’s nothing I can do.  He picked me up and put me down on the bathroom counter.

“But you said you’ll be here a week.” He said pouting his lips.

“It’s already 6 days since we’ve been here.” I giggled.

“Silly me.” He laughed.

After our conversation at the bathroom we got out seeing Hayes laughing on the phone, even saying “You’re the funniest person ever.” Our little Hayes is in love. How nice, but then Nash ruined the mood for Hayes since he shouted at him from the back which resulted to startling Hayes and dropping his phone that now has a crack on the screen. Hayes walked out of the room furious but still continued his conversation with the one he was talking to.

I looked at Nash with a serious face and he was laughing so hard then he stopped as soon as he me staring at him.

“What? It was funny.” He said.

“Apologize to your brother.” I answered.

“Later, when he gets back.”

It was already 7 in the evening and the train leaves in 11 so I had to go back to my hotel room and Nash accompanied me cause he wanted to help me pack my stuff. Ken and Andy’s stuff was already prepared and they were just chilling at the living room. I got my luggage and opened it. Got all the stuff inside the closet on the bed. I picked an outfit on what to wear tonight since it’s gonna be cold, well by outfit I mean a plain white shirt, a hoodie, some jogger pants and my red Vans.

I fixed my things and charged my gadgets. Nash was looking through my tagged photos on Instagram when he called out my name.

“Who’s @BCalvin on Instagram?” He asked.

“Oh, uhmm, Braden. That’s Braden.” I answered and the look on his face was he was about to throw my phone across the room. “Why?”

“Well this douchebag has a lot of photos of you on his page. Well mostly candid shots.” Nash said.

“Well he is an aspiring photographer. And that’s just like 2 to 4 photos, what’s the matter with that.” I explained.

“How does he get these photos of yours?” Nash asked again.

“We do live under the same roof so technically we’re together the whole day since we also go to the same school.” I stated.

“You what?!?!?!” Nash exclaimed.

I took my phone from him and placed it on the table for it to continue charging again. I held his hand and looked at him straight to his eyes.

“How many times will I tell you, there is nothing to worry about, so instead of talking about Braden, why don’t you help me with my things here lazy ass, you did say you will help me before we got here.” I said.

Nash stood up from the chair and started handing me my clothes. It took us about an hour to finish packing. I went in the bathroom to shower while Nash tries to gather all our friends at the lobby so that I’ll be able to say goodbye to them. I finished showering and put my clothes on. It was already 9 PM. I tied my hair, put my glasses on and walked out of the bathroom. I told Ken and Andy to go ahead downstairs for check out. I got the keycards and walked out the hotel room.

Nash and I were walking slowly towards the elevator cause we didn’t want to be apart from each other yet. When the elevator door opened Nash sighed cause he knows it will be long ‘til we see each other again. We got to the lobby and all our friends were there waiting for us and some saying goodbye to Ken and Andy. I gave the keycards to the lady on the front desk and turned back to look at my friends. I was actually teary-eyed cause I was really gonna miss them so much. I mean we get to see each other after more than 2 years of being apart and only for a week, even less. I hugged every single one of them tightly and told them how proud I am and how happy I am for them. They’ve accomplished a lot throughout these past 2 years. Of course the last person I had to hug was my boyfriend, Nash.

Tears were going down my face cause I couldn’t take it anymore. Nash was wiping my tears. We hugged each other tightly and he gave me a long kiss on the head and also on the lips. He told me how much he loves me and he’ll always be there when I need him. I did the same and we swore to each other that we’ll give as much time as we can give to each other. Nash walked me to the waiting cab outside the hotel with Ken and Andy inside. He put my luggage inside the trunk and I gave him one last tender kiss we’ll both remember forever, and I can’t wait to experience that feeling again. He closed the car door and we drove away from the hotel and I was still looking at the back window waving goodbye.

Time to go back to reality and wake up from my dream.

Okay, first I would like to apologize cause I told you guys that I’d update since we had no school the next day but something happened here at home and it caused me not updating. I’m really sorry. I’ll make it up to you guys. I hope you guys like this chapter. J
