Macy's POV

On my free day, which is the weekends, I occupy myself with planning the wedding and today, me and the girls are gonna fit our bridesmaid dresses that Hanna picked.

We needed to be at the dress shop by noon so I had to wake up earlier than usual, cause mostly during weekends I sleep until 12 to 2 in the afternoon.

I immediately took a shower and fixed myself.

I threw in a dark blue, almost black shirt, some ripped jeans, a black blazer and partnered it with a pair of black pumps.

I've been dressing professionally yet girly lately. I noticed that about me. I wasn't really into high heels when I was younger, I guess its because I'm growing old?

While blasting music throughout my place, I fixed my bag with all the important things I need for the day. I checked my phone if I had notifications, which I did. Being a busy woman I am, and planning a wedding which is in a few months, Hanna and Cam really wanted to get married already, and also arranging some stuff for my visit in North Carolina cause I missed my parents already.

I looked at the time and I had a few minutes to spare to stop over a cafe to grab some iced coffee.

After a good 20 to 30 minute drive, I arrived at the dress shop just on time.

When I walked in, the girls were already there chatting, Sierra, Andy, Mahogany, Dani, Alex and Hanna to be exact. Hanna really wanted Mahogany to be one of the bridesmaid and fortunately she was staying in Cali in time for the wedding.

"Hey girls!" I shouted.

"Finally you arrived!" Hanna replied while the others said hey. "The consultant said that the dresses will be ready for a few minutes so we'll just wait here." She added.

I shrugged and sat down on the free seat.

We talked and talked about alot of things, catching up with each other. I was talking to Sierra since we haven't seen each other in like forever and we really missed each other. She might be older than I am but her personality is really young and bubbly so we practically have the same vibe or something.

After a few minutes the consultant called us.

"Excuse me girls but the dresses are ready, so please follow me." She said politely.

We all stood up except for Hanna of course because she's the bride.

When I walked in the dressing room all I could ever say was "Oh God."

The dress, its..... different and not in a good way.

It was aweful, I wanted to take it off but Hanna picked it and I want her to be happy so I had no choice.

I had the dress on and let out a sigh before walking out the dressing room.

I put a fake smile and looked at the other girls with beautiful dresses, not trying to laugh with what I was wearing.

Hanna asked each girl their opinion about the dress they were wearing.

What has gotten into Hanna's mind picking out this dress.

It was finally my turn to speak and I didn't know what to say.

"Should I be honest or just sugercoat it?" I asked.

"I want you to be very honest." She answered.

"Okay, to be honest, I hate, I wanna burn it right now, and I mean just take it off and burn it! Like what the fuck? Its like a unicorn puked rainbow on this dress. I like that its colorful but its just so damn ugly, and its not the tie dye type. But, if you want this dress then..... I'd have to....... wear it and look like a clown. If it makes you happy." I answered.

"You're lucky I have a right mind." She commented. "I just wanted to see your reaction when you wore that dress and it was pretty funny for me." Don't worry, that's not included in our options. You can take it off and we'll wait for you." She said.

"No, lets decide first then change clothes."

After discussing what we like about the dresses we finally had a decision for the bridesmaid dress.

We had a few glasses of champagne before the girls left.

"Why am I gonna stay?" I asked.

"Because you're my wedding planner, and I know you love cake."

"Cake? Fine with me." I said.

"Plus Cam just dropped me off here and you have a-" I cut her off.

"Car, yeah I know where your sentence is heading. Come on." I smirked.

We arrived at the cake shop which was a few minutes away only. I parked my car and walked after Hanna.

When I got in I immediately grabbed Hanna's hand.

"What is he doing here?" I said gesturing to where Nash was.

"I didn't know he was gonna be here. I swear." Hanna replied.

Cam called our name and we looked at them and just gave them a smile.

"Babe, I hope you don't mind if I brought Nash with me, we were together before going here and I thought we would need someone to give us opinion about the cake." Cam said.

"In short, I was just a bit hungry." Nash commented.

"Well, that's why Macy is also here with me." Hanna smiled.

I managed to give an awkward smile.

Basically me and Nash's role is to eat the leftover cake which was fine by us. They asked us on some of the details for the wedding cake, which one was better and stuff like that.

It actually took them more than an hour to decide on which cake to get also the icing and the filling.

They were already arguing on which one to get so they passed the decision-making to us.

"Since you both have the same taste, we thought it would help us come to a decision."

"But its your wedding cake, not ours?" Nash just said ours. Damn.

"We're fine with anything you like from the final flavors we picked." Hanna said.

Me and Nash started tasting what they gave us and we analyzed.

"So? What flavor?" Cam asked.

"Red Velvet." We said at the same time.

"Icing and filling?"

"Buttercream and Amaretto buttercream." We said again.

"Nice!" Nash said and gestured for a high-five.

I responded.

Turns out we do have the same taste. We're really for each other I thought to myself and I just smirked while thinking of it.

After being at the cake shop Nash asked all of us if we wanted to eat late lunch and we all agreed.
