Meant For Each Other (Book 2)

Nash's POV

Since Skylynn's birthday is coming up, I decided to grab the opportunity and take a break from work, I'm going home! I've been wanting to do it for months already but with my crazy schedule it was pretty impossible, but on the bright side I have my time now.

Before boarding the plane, I still had some time to meet fans and take pictures with them. Like a group or 20-30 girls. Its crazy that sometimes they know when and where to find us but its okay since I love meeting them. They're practically the reason why I have all of what I have in life right now.

The plane isn't boarding for another 30 minutes cause I arrived at the airport early so I kinda did a Q & A at the airport for the fans.

We found a spot to all stay at and they started firing questions at me.

"Nash, what did you get for Skylynn for her birthday?" One asked.

"Its something customized, you'll see when I post the picture." I answered.

"We saw a picture of you and Macy together with the others, are you  all good, I mean cause of the break up?" 

"We're doing great, past is past guys. We both have matured and moved on."

"Are you guys dating again or dating anyone?" 

"We are not dating nor am I dating anyone but I have to say, I think I like someone and I hope you guys will support me with whatever decision I make."

"We will always support you!" One girl exclaimed.

A few more questions were asked until I heard my flight being called out that it was boarding already. I had to say goodbye to my fans and leave for my flight. I am so pumped to see my family again.

I plugged in my earphones and listened to music as the plane started to ascend.

After almost 5 hours of flying, the plane finally arrived in North Carolina.  My phone was blowing up because the family kept on texting if I've landed already or where am I.

I texted them that I'm already here and I'll be out in a few.

I got my luggage and walked as fast as I can to the arrival area where the people wait.

I saw Hayes waving at me together with his girlfriend Rachel. They've been together for almost 2 years, they met when Hayes came with us in Digifest London a few years ago and they kept in touch.

I ran to them and gave them a hug. Hayes hugged me tightly since we both missed each other. 

"Where's the others?" I asked.

"They were too busy preparing for your arrival so its just me and Rachel." Hayes answered.

"Is he taking care of you? If not just tell me and I will teach this kid." I said to Rachel.

"He's doing a great job. How's LA? Heard you and Macy already saw each other." She asked.

"Great. Yeah we did. Thankfully its not awkward like I've anticipated it to be." I answered and she gave me a smile.

"Well, the family is waiting back at home so lets go?" Hayes commented.

"Yeah of course." We hurriedly walked to the car. 

Hayes drove on the way home. Rachel was in the front seat, and obviously I was sitting on the back of the car. Sadly my third-wheel duties never end. Just like in the airplane, I was sitting beside a couple and they were cuddling and flirting the whole time and I was like when will I get to experience that again.

When we got home. I immediately got out of the car and ran inside the house. Right as I stepped on the lawn the front door opened and I saw Skylynn running towards me.

"Nash!" She screamed with the biggest smile on her face.

I opened my arms for a hug. I picked her up and gave her a big hug.

"Hey princess." I told her. "I missed you so much!" I added.

I put her down as the rest of the family started appearing. Mom, Johnny, Dad, Nila, and Will came out. 

I gave all of them hugs because I really did miss them. Hayes helped me with my bag and placed it in my room.  We had lunch in the backyard because we wanted a bigger space. They started talking about the things I've missed and how I was doing back in LA. Typical conversation when someone goes back home, don't get me wrong, I love talking about those kind of things cause in a way I can catch up to them in an instant and so do they.

After lunch mom asked me to go to Macy's parents house and invite them for Skylynn's birthday. My parents have been really busy these past few weeks for Sky's birthday bash. I automatically said yes and got the car keys.

I recalled their home address before actually going there cause I've been gone for a long time.

I arrived at their home in no time. It was like only 15-20 minutes away from the house. 

I scanned the house to see if they're at home and I heard music so I assumed they were.

I rang the doorbell and hoped for the best cause who knows, Macy's parents might be mad at me and they might slap the shit out of me or something.

The door slowly opened and then I saw Macy's mom, Claire.

"Nash. Hi, can you just come in for a second, I'm on the phone." She smiled and so I did went inside. She talked for another few seconds and then hung up.

"How may I help you sweetie?" She asked.

"I was gonna invite you for Skylynn's 10th birthday. We'd really love for you to come." I answered.

"Ohh, yeah. Of course! We'd love to come. I'm sure Macy will too." 

"Macy?" I asked.

"Macy, she's going home for a vacation and because its our wedding anniversary too and she wants to be here." 

"What a coincidence. Right?" I smirked.

"Nash, can I tell you something." She stated.

"Of course Mrs. Wiliams."

"Somehow I can feel that you still love Macy. I don't know and I am not sure. But what I'm sure of is that my daughter hasn't really gotten over you. Now she's gonna kill me if she knew I told you that so just keep it to yourself. Please look after her, all I want is my baby girl to be happy." 

Did I heard it right, Macy's mom just told me that Macy still has feelings for me? I think I was blushing so much at the moment.  "Yes Mrs. Williams, I will take care of her." I assured her.

"Well thank you for telling me that Mrs. Williams, it means a lot. I better go, I'll see you at the party then." I said.

"See you!" She waved goodbye as I head towards the door. 

I think I had the biggest smile in the whole world as I walked to the car. I didn't know if I should call Macy or don't do anything but all I know is we still have a chance and I will do anything to get her back.
