Sophia and Macy

Macy's POV

One word : Finally . The seminar had ended and I'm finally on my way home which is awesome because I just wanna feel the warmth of my own bed, the feeling of having a familiar surrounding, not that I didn't enjoy seminar its just that I've been gone for weeks and I haven't been home ever since, plus I haven't seen my friends and my boyfriend whom I missed a lot. We've all been so busy with our own lives that we only talk when we aren't busy or tired which we are all the time. 

I told Nash that I'm coming home and he said that he'll come to my place to make me dinner and to catch up which was really sweet of him. All I could imagine is hugging him tightly and kissing him all night long but then again I'm tired and all that shit so maybe next time. I arrived at LAX around 6:30 in the evening and I immediately rode the cab to make my way home, unfortunately traffic had to get in the way and I was stuck there for like an hour. I arrived at my apartment around 8 and as soon as I got near the door I heard the kitchenware making noise.

I opened the door and to my surprise Nash wasn't the first one to greet me but a cute little girl.

"Hi I'm Sophia, you must be Macy, Nash's girl- oops, I mean dad's girlfriend, its nice to meet you." She smiled. 

I was shocked but managed to smile back at her. I placed my bags at the corner and went near Sophia and Nash.

"I'm sorry? Did you just call Nash your dad?" I asked to make things clear and to make sure I'm not just hallucinating.

"Yes I did." She answered politely. I looked at Nash with a confused look.

"Sophia, why don't you help me set the table?" She nodded and started getting the plates from the cabinet.

"Dad? Tell me please, is there something I don't know? Is this like for a new role and you hired a kid to help you enhance your skills in acting as a father or something?" I said.

"Yes. I need to tell you something. Don't be mad please. When me and Athena were together apparently I got her pregnant but I didn't knew until about a week ago and we immediately took the DNA test and I am Sophia's father." He explained.

So my boyfriend is now a dad. Well this is something I didn't expect but there's nothing I can do about it now really. And I think children are a blessing so why would I be mad about it.

"Are you mad? I totally respect if you are." Nash said.

"Mad? Why would I be? I think its nice that your spending time together and I would love to get to know her better." I said. Nash had a surprised look on his face.

"Is this serious?" He questioned.

"Do you want me to be mad? Nash she's yours and he's a gift for you from God. She's already here, all we have to do is to make up all the time you weren't able to spend with her while she was growing up. Besides she's really adorable and pretty and I really want us to be friends."

"Are you fighting because of me? I can leave if you want." Sophia said possibly overhearing our conversation.

"Fighting? No Sophia. Me and your dad are just talking because he's explaining to me what's happening because he didn't tell me the details. Why leave when we're about to have fantastic dinner made by your dad. And by the way you look a lot like him which is cute." I smiled. "Let me help you with that."

In some way even if she's the daughter of Athena aka the girl I got cheated on before, Sophia has the effect on you, you'll feel comfortable with her in just a split second and she's so approachable and friendly.

Nash's POV

Surprisingly Macy isn't mad at me at all. You won't sense any hidden anger, none. She's actually having fun that Sophia is here. Now she has a new friend and I can see that they're both comfortable with each other. The way they talk to each other during dinner and even after that. Macy is really the girl I want to spend the rest of my life with and I'm happy that things are working out with her and Sophia. For a second there I thought she'd break up with me and never talk to me again but she didn't.

New besties, the 2 girls already had made plans for them to get together. I just have to ask Athena if she's okay with it and everything will be fine. 

They even took pictures and Macy posted a few online. Which reminds me, no one else knows the news yet and sooner or later I have to tell everyone that I have a daughter.

Now that Macy knows I'm a bit relieved because she's a big part of my life and I need her advice when it comes to things like this.

Just in time while Macy and Sophia are having their girl talk Cam called me.

"How did she take it?" Cam asked.

"Pretty well actually. She's not even mad at me." 

"Really? You sure that's Macy dude?" He joked.

"Yes, I'm pretty sure." I answered.

"Well that's a good thing then. I'll call you soon okay. Just checking up on you guys." 

"Yeah sure. See you soon. Bye" Then Cam hung-up.

Macy called out my name making me face them.

"Dad, why don't we have lunch with mom tomorrow?" Sophia asked.

"It would be nice to meet Athena again Nash, also so that we can set our rules or whatever needs to be set or something." She added.

"Uhmmm, I'll go ask her if she's down for it okay?"

Its  nice to see that Macy's adjusting to this Sophia thing pretty fast. I'm really lucky to have her beside me.
