Flashback

Macy's POV

I was really in awe with what happen to me before I left for UK. I'm happy that Nash got his some of his memory back. All I could ever think was how me and Nash can handle the long distance relationship. I'm so bored. Like seriously I love travelling but I hate being on the plane for a long time. Its a 12-hour flight from LAX to London, whatever airport I'm landing on. Then I have another connecting flight to Dundee Airport because St. Andrews is so far from London so I have to take another plane ride. Good thing I'm prepared for anything. I took my Ipad out of my bag and opened it. I got my headphones too. I was sitting next to an English couple. Before I had my own little world with my Ipad I managed to have a little conversation with them, they looked friendly so why not talk to them.

"Are you guys going home from vacation?" I asked awkwardly.

"Actually its the other way around, going for a vacation, we moved to LA for work purposes." The girl answered. "I'm Holly and this is my fiance Alec." I offered for a handshake and they responded. "Who are you with?" Alec asked.

"Uhmm, I'm actually alone." I answered. Alec said he thinks I look young for someone who's travelling alone and I replied "I'm only 16." They looked surprised, a 16 year old travelling alone to another country which is obviously thousands of miles away from home.

"Why are you going to UK?" Holly asked.

"For college. I got a scholarship at University of St. Andrews." I answered.

"You must be pretty smart. That's a pretty hard school. But I'm sure you can handle it." Holly commented. I smiled at the two of them and let them continue flirting with each other while I focus on my own business. I unlocked my Ipad and went to look through the movies I had on it. I have Parent Trap, Saving Mr. Banks, The Heat, About Time, Pitch Perfect and a few more. I chose 'The Parent Trap' cause its like one of my favorite movie. I ordered food cause I got really hungry. The movie was so cute and young Lindsay Lohan was cute as fuck. After I finished 'The Parent Trap' I decided to watch Pitch Perfect. Holy frick! Skylar Astin! I couldn't help but smile. I know all the songs and I just wanted to sing my heart out but I;m gonna humiliate myself publicly so no thanks.

After watching a few movies I decided to sleep since I was getting a little tired. I woke up and the plane was about to land. Finally! Hello UK! I have finally arrived. After hours of waiting. I can't believe it, its like my first adventure alone overseas. I'm so pumped right now! When the plane finally landed and we were allowed to leave I grabbed my bag as quick as I could and went outside the plane. I was near the door so I got out quickly. It felt amazing. I felt the warm breeze. I just want to jump out of excitement! The English couple offered help with my luggages. We waited for it to come out and also theirs. It was really kind of them to help. Boy were my luggages heavy as hell. Told you I brought my whole wardrobe with me. Lol. They gave me there contact number in case I needed anything or have any questions regarding some unfamiliar things I will encounter. I had to check-in my bags again. The plane wasn't boarding in an hour so I decided to go around the airport, went to the souvenir shop and also looked for some place to eat. Even though the airport was packed I found a cafe to eat at that is affordable and only a few people were there. I ordered food and ate alot. I texted my parents what I was doing. I facetimed Nash to talk.

"Hey Macy." I heard Nash and his husky voice.

"Hey... Did I woke you up?" I asked Nash.

"Kind of, but its cool don't worry."

All through out the remaining time before I board the plane me and Nash just talked and talked. Then it was time to board the plane so I said goodbye and hunged-up. The flight was only an hour and a half so I just waited for it to be over. I listened to music on my way to Dundee. After so many hours of being in a plane I finally arrived at Dundee Airport. It was so calm, I mean not everyone was in a hurry, which I liked. I turned on my phone to call the contact mom gave me. I got my luggages and walked towards the arrival area. I was looking through the people with signs since mom said the one who'll pick me up had a signage so I'll see them easily. I was looking and looking until I found a paper with my name on it. It was a guy in a uniform. Guess he's my chauffeur.

"Hi! I'm Macy Williams." I told the chauffeur.

"So have I confirmed. Good Morning Miss Macy. I am John your chauffeur. I will be taking you to the Calvins' abode." He said formally. John got my luggages. I offered to help but he said he could handle it and said that it isn't a guest's obligation to help. When he finished loading the compartment he opened the door for me, what a gentleman, even though I can do it.

We left the airport and headed to the 'Calvins' abode. The name sounded familiar to me I just don't remember who. It was a 30 minute drive to the house and boy was it big. John stopped by the front door and opened the car door for me again. By the time I got out of the car the front door bursted open and a teenage girl came running towards me.

"Macy!!!!" The blonde girl hugged me tightly. "Its me! Jane! From North Carolina." Ohhhhhh, Jane. I remember. She's my childhood friend from North Carolina. They left when we were 8 or something. I cried when she left cause I was so close to her. She grabbed my hand and pulled me inside their house. Her mom was the first one to greet me and then her father. But someone was missing, I can't recall who.

"Jane, would you mind calling Braden."

"What now. I'm here." A deep-voiced guy joined the greetings. Braden. Braden! Braden Calvin, the only guy I've had a crush on ever since I was young until we moved to California. That Braden! This is not good.

"Mady?" He asked. "Its Macy, you jerk." Jane exclaimed.

"Ohh, yeah, Macy. Its a pleasure seeing you again." He smiled at me.

"Why don't we continue this conversation at the dining table, shall we." Mrs. Calvin said. We all walked towards the the dining room. Food was already served. Jane seated right next to me while Braden was across us. We discussed all the things we've missed out about each other. Mostly I was the one being asked questions. They are a family and a business friend, just like Nash's family except for the business part. After lunch Jane toured me around the house and then escorted me to my room. It was just like the one I have in Cali. I texted all of my friends and my parents that I have settled. This is gonna be a brand new adventure.

First chapter for Meant For Each Other (Book 2) !! Yay! This chapter is just a flashback of what happened when Macy arrived in UK. The next chapters will be 2 years after or so. I hope you guys will like the second book!
