Ranae

           Hearing light knocks at my door I groaned and rotated my head away from it. Loving the comfortable feeling of my arms wrapped around my pillow, laying on my stomach with one leg arched up. I don't even know why this position was comfortable but it is.

"Nae honey get up and get ready for school. And unlock this door." My mom said continue to knock.

Rolling my eyes and sighing hard I relentlessly got up and sat on the edge of my bed. With my eyes still half way closed I grabbed my phone checking the time. 7:05am.

"Great" I said to myself getting the crust of my eyes. School starts at eight o'clock but I kind of wanted to be late to not go but not late so I don't have attention on me walking in late.

"Ranae" my mother semi yelled still knocking. "okay ma I'm up" I said walking to the door opening it and seeing her face. She had on her robe with her hair wrapped in a scarf.

"About time, sleeping like a rock. Now get dressed for school and hurry down for breakfast" she said walking away finally.

Shutting the door, I went to my closet to pick out something comfortable to wear. Didn't need to dress fancy I have no one to empress. I decided on my red long sleeve hoody witha black tank top under, my black leggings and my black air Jordan 11s.

Laying out my clothes on the bed, I went in the bathroom and turned the shower on letting it heat up. After undressing and putting my clothes in the dirty clothes bin and putting my shower cap on I hopped in letting the water flow over my skin.

After cleaning my body completely, I got out wrapping my big towel around me. I brushed my teeth and rinsed my mouth with mouth wash. I grabbed my Victoria's Secret lotion and applied it all over my body.

Now putting my clothes on and shoes I went to do my hair. It was loose curls I decided to leave it the way it is and made sure my edges was good. No much of a jewelry flashy person I just put my diamond studs in my ear and put chapstick on.

I checked the time and it was thirty minutes until eight. I grabbed my phone, backpack, charger, and headphones. Checking myself in the mirror I looked okay I guess. Leaving out of my room closing the door my little brother was sitting on the top step on his phone.

"Momma said hurry up Nae" he said still in his phone. "You see me going, watch out" I said going around him downstairs to the kitchen finding my mom sitting a plate full of pancakes, bacon, and eggs on the kitchen table. My sister was already devouring hers and almost done.

"Look who decided to finally come down. You look pretty now eat up before you go. It's 7:45." she said cleaning the counters.

" well I was getting dressed. Where's dad?" I asked sitting down and started eating. "He went to help your uncle Ryan move his things to go back to New York. Need a ride to school? I'm taking the twins?"
