It's been hours since the shooting that happened so it was almost noon. I held my younger siblings in my arms as they held me, still frightened and crying. I was too as I looked at the scene that was taking place outside. Nearly everything had bullet holes through it but that couldn't compare to our house. The place we grew up in. The windows was completely shot out. The walls was covered in bullet holes. My parents cars and a few of the neighbors cars was shot up too. There was empty bullet casings all around us on the ground.

There was multiple squad cars and news channels was here and I made sure me and my siblings was out of sight of them. My dad and Cameron was handcuffed standing by the officers talking to them. Why would they be handcuffed if they're the victims? I looked over to my mama talking with an officer as well. They all looked so dismissive towards them.

I noticed a light skinned female officer walking towards us. She had a note pad with the pen in her hand. "Hi, I'm officer Bale. I was told you and your siblings were present during the incident, mind if I asked you a few questions?"

I stayed quiet and she flipped her note pad open.
"Do you know anyone that might want to harm your family?" I continued to stay quiet as I was still frightened about everything that happened.
"Is your parents and brother in any kind of gang related activity that might cause any problems for you and your siblings?"

My brows knitted together at her question and still ignored her it. Not sure if my dad been back to his old ways and I wasn't sure if Cameron was doing the same thing but if they was, I wasn't telling her anything.
"We're here to help you sweetie." She said in a softer tone. "You don't know of anyone who would want to harm your family? Your brother or father don't have any enemies?"

"My father owns multiple celebrity nightclubs and own multiple corporate buildings that have his name on it. He's not with nothing like that. So leave me alone please, you're scaring my them." I said turning away from her, hugging the twins closer. I was kinda lying im sure but she didn't know that. She walked away to the rest of the officers and I looked at my parents and Cameron.

The officers was talking to them while they looked elsewhere. I could see the irritation on both of their faces including my mama face as her hand movement begin and her voice becoming louder. I knew she didn't like the sight of them in handcuffs because I sure didn't. If anything, we are the victims not the suspects.

Minutes later, I recognized my uncle Ryan's car as it pulled up, parking abruptly by the curb. He steps out with his wife Nina quickly made their way over to my parents and Cameron. I don't know how he found out about what happened since no one had time to call anyone.

Hearing the news reporters recording their story, I looked at them. Thanking god they weren't facing our way cause I definitely didn't want my face on the news. I was making sure they didn't get our faces too. I noticed past them an black suv in the distance. My eyes squinted, trying to see because of the sun slightly blinding me. Putting my hands above my eyes to block the sun, I saw the truck better now.

I wondered was that Anthony but I quickly remembered that he had a Range Rover. The man was brown skin with a scruffy grey looking beard and is wearing shades. Seconds later, their car started up and they did a U turn, leaving.

"Hey babies. " I turned around and it was our aunt Nina. "Hey Nae, your daddy and Ryan said to take you to our house for awhile."

I nodded and stood up, following her to their car and got in. I would ask questions but I knew right now wasn't the time to so I'll save them for whenever we can come home. And I had work and school but I don't have the energy to go plus I was still scared. Probably not a good idea to go anyways.
