              It's been a few day now and I was at home in the living room watching Spongebob. My mom was here since it was her day off today and tomorrow, twins was upstairs doing whatever, and my dad of course was out somewhere with uncle Ryan.

"Phat phat" I hear my mom call. I got up going into the kitchen and seen her making a salad. She smiled cleaning her lettuce. "Where the girls go?" I opened the fridge and grabbed the bag of grapes and a bowl from the cabinet.

"Well, Chilli had to go to an interview, Nicole went home to check on her family and Chrissy is at work" I said rinsing the bowl out and some grapes off and putting them in the bowl.

"Oh ok. And the boys?" she asked referring to Kevin and Elijah. She was pouring French dressing over her salad. I shrugged honestly not knowing. Probably doing what they always do with Anthony.

"Where's dad?" She shrugged shaking her head and taking a bite of her salad.

I felt bad for my mom, I know it bothers her a lot waking up without him almost everyday. I know my dad would never have an affair on my mom and she knows that too, right? She just feels lonely, and need someone to talk to about problems and work.

I popped a few grapes in my mouth nodding. "He'll be home soon hopefully. And I finally got a hold of your brother, sort off" she said. "I have a picture of him, here" she said looking through her phone and sliding it to me.

I grabbed the phone looking at the picture, he definitely have grown up. He has a goatee now and it looked like he's doing good.

"Looks like he's living his best life" I said rolling my eyes. I sliding the phone back to her.

"Nae, don't act that way, thought you would be happy about this"

"Why would I? He's irrelevant at this point" I shrugged and bit into a grape.

"Cause y'all was two peas in a pot and he's still your brother and you should care that he's okay and doing good" she said.

Was she serious? "Sadly the thing is I don't care. I stopped when he left out the blue"

"I'm sure he had a reason, he's grown now" she said. She always did this, defend him, doesn't matter what he do or did to anybody.

And yeah we was very close, but he left randomly in the middle of the night. Been gone for almost five years, no call, text or explanation. He just disappeared.

"Well I don't don't care to find out his reasons, so he can stay where he's at" I got up an walked out the kitchen back to the living room to my show.

"You start every time I come home Cathy, I don't want to hear this bullshit" I hear my dad say to my mom. I was in my room laying down on my stomach on Instagram. This the first time I hear them arguing this loud and it's been going on since he got home.
