Andrew's POV

I was searching everywhere for Quinn. I wanted her to go back to her real family. As I was going back to the theatre to search there my phone rang.
"Hello?" I said as I answered it.
"Andrew, I have a proposal for you," the man said. It was the same man who had shown up at the hospital and my apartment.
"What is it?" I asked with hesitation.
"If I don't get Maria back soon, you might find your friend floating in a river. The choice is yours. If you have her bring her back to your apartment. I'll be waiting," the man said. Then he hung up. I shivered with fear. This was the worst night of my life.
As I walked around looking for Quinn I realized she might be at the theatre and decided to check. By the time I got there no one else was there.
"Where did you go?" I asked no one in particular. Then I bumped into Josh. He seemed to be in a hurry.
"Oh hey, Andrew," he said.
"Hey have you seen Quinn?" I asked.
"I'm sorry I haven't," he replied. "Why are you looking for her?"
"I need to talk to her. She ran away and it's improtant I get her back."
"Andrew, she was here, but she left little while ago. I don't know where she went from there, but I hope you find her," Josh said.
"I hope I do too," I said.

Quinn's POV

I walked into Ben Cook's apartment following him closely. It sort of reminded me of Ben's apartment.
"Quinn, don't be afraid. I won't let Andrew know you're here. And neither will Josh," Ben said.
"We need to make a plan to get Ben back," I replied. I couldn't stop thinking about him.
"Quinn, we will get him back. Why don't we plan it out tomorrow? We all need rest."
"That's not going to help Ben!"
"I know, but not sleeping won't help either. First thing we do tomorrow is make a plan over breakfast. How does that sound?"
"Okay, I guess you're right. I just hope he doesn't get majorly hurt before then," I said.
"Come on, I'll show you where you can sleep," Ben said. He took my hand and led me to a room. It looked like it was already someone's room. "You can sleep in here tonight."
"Who's room is this?" I asked.
"Mine, but I don't mind. I can either take the couch or sleep in Josh's room. It's no problem."
"I'll get scared. It happened with Ben. I know it'll happen again. Please stay," I said, thinking back to my first night with Ben.
"Okay, I'll stay," Ben said.
"Thank you," I said. Then the front door swung open and closed again.
"Ben, Quinn, are you two home yet?!" Josh's voice yelled.
"Yeah, we're right here!" Ben yelled back.
"Who's going with who?" Josh asked as he came up to us.
"Quinn and I are going to be in my room. She thinks she might get scared again and she doesn't want to be alone."
"I understand. Oh wow. It's 3 in the morning. We need some sleep," Josh said.
"Okay, come on Quinn," Ben said. I followed him into his room.

Ben's POV

The man had locked me in a closet. I had been sitting there for what seemed like hours. All the time I was sitting there I was thinking of Quinn. I needed to know that she was okay. I needed to know that she was safe. As I sat there wondering about Quinn, the door opened. The man stood in the doorway.
"What do you want?" I asked.
"We've been over this before, Ben. I need the girl you call Quinn," the man replied.
"All this time you've said that. But why? That's what I need to know."
"I've told you, she's my daughter."
"I know she's not. She's terrified of you," I said. The man got closer and nelt in front of me.
"That is none of your business," the man said. He sounded menacing.
"It is my business. You made her scared of everyone and I want to know why," I said. I kept my voice steady. The man looked into my eyes.
"If I tell you, I'll have to kill you."
"We both know you can't hurt me. Quinn would never go with you if you did."
"Fine. I'll tell you. Quinn is from Washington. She was a good girl. She met a guy who worked for me and then she left with us. And now we're here," the man said. I could feel my jaw drop to the floor.
"How could you?" I asked. It was all I could manage to say.
"I could do the same to you," the man said.
"Get the hell away from me."
"I bet you'd go for a lot of money," the man said. I wanted him to stop talking so I kicked him. That was followed by a swift back hand. I kicked him again and got smacked again.
"You don't deserve Quinn," I said. I stood up and so did the man.
"Quinn is none of your concern."
"That's where you're wrong. Quinn is all of my concern," I pushed the man out of the way. He fell backwards and hit his head on something. He lay there not moving. I didn't know if was a trap or not, but I took my chances. I ran for the door. The man was still not moving and a slight fear of killing someone grew inside me. I forced myself to ignore him. But as i got to the door he moved. He stood up and ran after me. I got out the door and closed it, holding it shut for a little bit. Then I had the idea to actually run away from Andrew's apartment. I let go of the handle and ran for the exit. But the man managed to be a little faster than me. He grabbed my arm and hit me over the head with something. My vision went black as he let me fall to the floor.
