Beep... Beep... Beep...
There was a constant beeping as you began to wake up. You started to open your eyes slowly, but you were still blinded by the bright lights surrounding you. You tried to move, but everything just hurt.
'' Ugh, '' you said as you tried to move.
'' It's best that you do not move. '' a voice said besides you. You turned your head slowly so it wouldn't hurt as much.
'' How are you feeling? '' It was Gabriel.
'' I've been better, everything just hurts all over, '' you said to him.
'' Well I'm glad to see that you're alive, you really went all-out in that fight, '' he said.
'' I'm glad too, I nearly lost control of my powers because of my emotions. '' You said.
'' I bet everyone hates me now, '' you said sadly.
'' Y/n. What you did was something no one would ever do, and because of that, you saved this town. '' Gabriel told you. Just then, there was a knock at the door. Gabriel walked over to open it. When he opened it, both Miguel and Sophia came running in looking worried. You were overcome with joy because they were okay.
'' Y/N! '' they both shouted. They crawled onto the bed. You ignored all the pain and hugged them as tight as you could.
'' Oh thank god you're both okay. '' You said as you hugged them.
'' Miguel! Sophia! Please let go of y/n, she's in a lot of pain and she needs to rest. '' Gabriel said.
'' Sorry... '' they both said looking guilty.
'' You don't have to be sorry, I'm just happy to that you guys are okay, '' you said.
'' Excuse me, Miss Y/n. '' It was a doctor.
'' Yes? '' you said.
'' It's time for your checkup miss y/n. '' the doctor said.
'' Oh. '' was the only thing that you said. Gabriel brought over a wheelchair.
'' Here let me help you. '' Gabriel said and picked me and placed in the wheelchair.
'' Please follow me. '' the doctor said and began to walk down a long hallway. Then he opened a door that leads into a room.
'' Please come in. '' the doctor said. You and Gabriel entered the room. In the room were a bed and a lot of lights.
'' Please sit her down on the bed so that we can get started. '' The doctor said. Gabriel placed you on the bed gently not to hurt you.
'' Now let's started. '' the doctor said.
