I really hate this place, this town, these people. One day, I going to get out of this hellhole and never come back.

As I'm walking down the halls of Montrose academy, I can hear a few chattering and whisperings behind my back. A feeling that I know all too well makes it way to me, embarrassment. I'm like a sore thumb that catches the attention of everyone in this rich school.

Out of the blue, someone's arm snakes around my shoulders and walk side to side with me. I look beside me to see Kaden staring at me with a grin.

"What are you doing?" I asks while looking around the hallway to notice eyes staring back at me in surprised. With Kaden beside me, I'm gaining more attention from everyone than usual.

I stop walking and move away from him, out of his embrace. He looks at me with a smile and lean in towards me, "Payback." A smirk makes its way to his face and he walks away.

Confused, I pause in my spot for a few seconds before continuing my way down the hall and notices the girls sending daggers my way and the boys smirking and grinning mischievously at me; a look they've never done before.

Now I understand his payback. With the stupidity mindset of rich spoiled brats, the girls want to kill me and the boys must've thought I slept with Kaden. And this is all because Kaden had his arms around me. I don't regret biting his hand though. He probably deserved it for breaking some poor girl's heart.

I don't blame them for thinking like that though. With a heartbreaker reputation like Kaden, everyone thinks he's done it with any girls he's with.

It's bad enough that they make fun of me for being poor, now they think that I slept with Kaden.

It's been an awful day in this hellhole. I'm so glad it's over. A bright smile makes its way to my face once I'm out of the double doors and breath in the fresh air.

I walk pass groups of students laughing and talking to one another and down the street only to notice Caspian's guys across the street leaning on a car staring at me.

Nervous, I start walking faster down the street and pretend like I didn't notice him. I quickly pause in my track once I see another guy standing a few feet away in my way. I turn around only to bump into another guy.

Jesus, how many guys does he have?

The guy nods his head towards the guy across the street as a signal for me to walk to him. Not wanting to cause a scene in front of the school and giving something for them to talk about, I give up and make my way across the street to him.

Once he sees me walking to him, he smiles and open the car door for me. I glare at him before getting in the car.

After about a good 20 minutes, we arrive at the same club they took me to last time. They walk me to the same room I was last time, Caspian's office.

Once I enter the room, I'm met face to face with Caspian. The door closes behind me.

He stares at me, emotionless, for a few seconds before asking, "What's your relationship with Kaden Pierce?"

His question earn a confused expression from me. How does he know him?

Playing it cool, I respond, "We're just classmates."

I watch as Caspian step closer towards me, "Then why did he helped you yesterday?"

How did they know it was Kaden who helped me? Wait, why is he suddenly so interested in Kaden anyway?

"I don't know," I shrug nonchalantly. "Maybe he's being a gentleman. Two scary guys were chasing me after all."

He send me a glare and the room was silent for a few seconds.

"Do you have my money?" He asks suddenly, changing the subject.

"No. I still have a week and a half left," I argue.

"Well, I changed my mind. I need it by today," he said casually like it's no big deal that he didn't keep his word.

"I can't get it by today," I complain. "Please give me more time." He turns to one of his guy guarding the door and sends him a nod. I turn back to see him walking towards me with a grin.

Scared of what he'll do to me, I beg, "Please give me more time. I'll do anything." The guy grab my arm in a tight grip.

"Anything?" He question with an interested smile.

I sigh in defeat, "Anything." Caspian looks at me with a satisfying grin. Oh crap. What did I just do?

He sends his guy a nod and the guy immediately let go of me and walk back to his spot by the door. I close my eyes and let out a sigh of relief.

"I need you to break Kaden Pierce's heart." I immediately open my eyes to look at Caspian. He's kidding, right?

"Make him fall for you 10 times more than girls has ever fallen for him. Break him 10 times more than he has ever broken hearts before." My eyes widen in shock as Caspian's blue ones stare back at me with determination and a fiery glint.

I stay silent, not knowing what to do.

Caspian's fiery expression turns back into a calm nonchalant one. "If you do that, you're debt free."

"I- I can't-" I manage to mutter out. Caspian's calm facade turns cold and he grab my collar. I guess he doesn't like no for an answer.

"Don't tell me you can't!" He spit out in anger while holding tightly onto my shirt collar. I lean back, afraid of him.

"A pretty girl like you is exactly Kaden's type. If you won't do it, then you have to pay back the $10,000 right now or else you and your father are dead."

"I'll do it." I quickly answer, wanting to calm him down before he hurt me. He is really scary when he's mad.

But then I realize what I had just agreed to and that is far worse than Caspian.
