Chapter 26- New Friend.
It was dark and scary. Ella couldn’t take proper breaths since there wasn’t enough air. The place smelled horrible- it smelled of dead bodies and shit. Ella felt like throwing up right then. She tried sitting up but her head hit something- it felt like hard wood. She then tried to move her arms but there wasn’t enough space to move- again she felt the hard surface of wood under her fingertips as she pressed them against the sides of the place she was in. Am I in a box?! She wondered as she started to panic. She tried taking deep- calming breaths but it just wasn’t helping! - There wasn’t enough air to breathe in! She started to feel cornered and her panic was rising quickly. Adrenaline pumped through her veins as she placed her hands on the roof of the box and pushed with all the force she could master in her weak body. The wood started cracking and she sighed in relief and pushed harder till she heard a sharp snap. The wood went flying into the air like pieces of paper.
The smell of death was less then and the girl welcomed in the almost clean air. It was night time; Ella could see the moon light shining brightly down on her. She shakily stood up and noticed then that she was in a hole in the ground. She cranked her head up to see how high up was the ground and realized it wasn’t too high. She was certain that she could get out if she jumped. And that is what she did she jumped high in the air almost four feet above the ground and landed lightly on her hands and feet like a cat. Standing up straighter she could tell she was in a grave yard. There were gravestones, crosses and angel statues all around the place. Looking back at the hole she jumped from she noticed that it was also a grave. The gravestone had no name on it- it was just blank and cracked.
Ella stumbled towards the grave closest to hers, the ground unsteady under her feet that she almost fell a couple of times. A gasp left her mouth as she read the headstone; written in bold- capital letters was.

Moving to the next grave Ella read the headstone and the breath was knocked out of her.

“No, no, no!” Ella whimpered as she moved to the next stone already dreading what she was going to read. Knowing it was going to be just as bad.
