✡️Joslynn's POV✡️
Three Months Later
"Did you pack everything?" Sophie asked with tears in her eyes. Over the course of these three months, Sophie and I bonded. Our bond was similar to that of sisters. Speaking of sisters, Janice and I also became very close, she was now able to tell me anything and there wasn't any awkward silence between us. Josh, James and Mason became very overprotective of me, Mason even wanted to meet Ace just to 'have a talk'. He can be so cute even when he wants to be mean.
"I did." I told her with a small yet sad smile. "I'm gonna really miss you!" I embraced her in a tight hug and felt droplets of tears fall onto my back.
"Well," She said breaking free of the hug. "you better get going. I don't want Alisa to come hunting me down." She chuckled.
Alisa was a handful, as usual, but throughout these few months, she has been missing me A LOT! She called everyday - even though I saw her at school - not to mention that she kept a calendar counting down the days 'til I come back 'home'. Yep, she made me swear to call her house, my home. Her parents even encouraged me to do the same.
"You're right, if I spend one more minute here, she might break down the door and drag me back." I laughed.
"Who would've guessed that an innocent looking girl such as Alisa, would be so...violent!" Sophie added with a laugh.
"Alisa is...special. One of a kind." I told her with a smile. I sat on the bed and she sat beside me and held my hand.
"What about Ace?" She asked, looking at me with a smirk. I turned my head to her with a confused face.
"What about him?" I asked her. She titled her head and narrowed her eyes.
"Jossy," Her voice rose a little. "I know you very well. I also know that something is going on between the two of you." I lowered my head to hide my growing smile.
"There's nothing going on, besides, Ace isn't too sociable. I don't think he likes me in that way."
"Are you blind?!" She almost yelled. "That boy is in love with you. Just by the way you describe him, I can tell he's into you."
"I haven't seen the guy in three months!" I reminded in an exaggerated manner. "I'm sure he was in school, but I didn't see him. I think he's avoiding me."
"Why would he do that?" She asked herself. We sat for a few seconds contemplating the question, when I remembered that it was almost time to leave.
"I gotta go!" I told her and shot up from the bed in a hurry, I grabbed my suitcase and bag and rushed down the stairs with Sophie behind me. We raced out to the car, the driver placed my bags into the car. Dad, Josh, James, Janice and Mason stood in front of the car, waiting for me.
"I am gonna miss you!" Janice cried and hugged me tightly. I chuckled as she broke free of the hug.
"Guys! I'm not moving away!" I reminded them, but they didn't listen. Instead, they exaggerated sent me off with sad goodbyes and tears. I sat in the car, turned to see them and the driver took off, with my family waving to me as I was leaving.

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU'RE LATE!" Was the first thing my dearest friend said to me.
Oh! How I missed her!
"I TOLD YOU TO ARRIVED AT 3PM! IT'S 3:05PM!" She yelled and raised at her to show me the time.
"I'm sorry." I pouted and gave her the puppy dog eyes. She sighed in defeat and tightly engulfed me into a hug.
"I can't stay mad at my Jossy! It's simply impossible!" She yelled into my ear.
"Too loud Alisa!" I reminded her.
"Sorry!" She apologized sweetly. She grabbed my hand and pulled me up the stairs and into 'my' bedroom. She jumped onto the bed like a little kid.
"What is up with you?" I asked her with a laugh.
"Nothing!" She said in a playful tone. "I'm just hyper! I ate WAY TOO MANY CHOCOLATES!" She yelled in a crazed manner.
"Didn't I tell you not to eat too many chocolates?!" I scolded her as she sat there like a sat puppy.
"I'm sorry." She pouted.
"I swear, I tell Ace to do one simple task and he can't do this!" I groaned in annoyance.
"Ace hasn't been home in a while." She told me.
"What?"
"Yep, I see him at school but he's always with his new chick. And I absolutely HATE HER!" She gritted her teeth in anger.
"Who's the girl?" I asked, a weird feeling developing in my chest.
"Sara." She said with a scoff. I swear something broke inside of me, disappointment filled me. I didn't know why I felt like that.
"When I see Ace, hold me back from ripping his head off." I told her.
"Can't promise that. You're gonna have to hold me back from killing them both."
"Then who's gonna hold us back?" I thought.
"No one, we're gonna have to suck it up and accept our death sentence." She said with a saddened tone. "At least I can cross it out in my bucket list!"
"You want to be sentenced to death? Why is that in your bucket list?!"
"I don't know, it seemed fun at first." She briefly explained.
"I'm not gonna question you. It's your life." I told her and dismissed the conversation.
"Oh hell no! When I die, you better jump in after me!"
"Oh yeah, so at your funeral I'm supposed to jump into your grave and let them bury me alive?" I sarcastically asked.
"Yes." She nodded.
"We're straying from the main problem!" I reminded her.
"Is there really a problem? I mean it's his life and his decision - a really stupid decision - but it's his decision." She calmed herself down and rested her head on the bed.
She may have dismissed the problem, but I couldn't.
