Okay, so before I get into Panic!...I want to talk about Hayley Kiyoko.
Holy hell, she is so talented! Lesbian Jesus comes through 😫🙌🏼 I was shook. She introduced herself by saying, "If there's one thing you should know about me, it's that I have sex with girls!" and the whole arena erupted in cheers. I was in love with the LGBT+ pride there. She also referred to 2018 as twenty-gay-teen, which was genius. Ugh, Hayley's mind. Her music was also super catchy and fun to listen to!
Now for Panic!...
Disclaimer: I have no words to describe how amazing the concert was. I'll try my best to put it into words, but the way I felt throughout it was indescribable. I felt home.
So they opened with Fuck A (Silver Lining), which isn't what I would've picked for an opener, but it got the energy going really well and it was great! I cried when Brendon popped up through the stage.
They continued with some real BOPS, which truly served some scalding tea on us day one fans. Ready To Go was phenomenal, and Ballad of Mona Lisa took my wig entirely.
Excuse my Stan language, I can't really control it. I'm sure you know what I'm saying. If not, you get the gist.
This is Gospel was so touching. As I'm sure many of you know, two young women by the names of Rebecca and Lauren attended a Panic! concert in Tulsa on April 5, 2017, and lost their lives in an accident on the way home. During this song, we held pink stars over our flashlights and shined them as a tribute to them. It was beautiful. Rest In Peace, Rebecca and Lauren. ❤️
Moving on before I cry again.
During Dying in LA, Brendon went up on the infamous platform to perform the song on the piano. Before he played Dying in LA, he sang a snippet of a song that his mom used to sing to him to help him calm down as a kid. It was so sweet! So then Brendon made such a smooth transition into Dying in LA without even stopping which was cool. He floated over to where our section was at and was SUPER CLOSE to us. You wanna hear the highlight of my night?
I waved at Brendon Urie, and he waved back from the platform. I cried over that a lot.
It was a beautiful song!
High Hopes was super good in person, and so was King of the Clouds! I haven't been able to really get into KOTC, but after hearing it live, I like it a lot more.
Honorable Mention: Girls Just Wanna Have Fun and Bohemian Rhapsody were fire. I was singing those high notes right along with him! 🙌🏼
A close runner up for the best part of the concert was Brendon giving a short talk about how valuable we all are. I have it recorded on my phone, and I will certainly be posting it on the Instagram if you'd like to hear it. I know that he talks like that at every show, but just hearing it in person and being so close to him really instills it in you. I cried, again.
Lastly, the closing act was so good! Victorious was iconic! I got goosebumps when the confetti, streamers and sparks flew! It was definitely a great way to end the concert.
All in all, it was such a good experience. This was my first concert ever. I'm well aware that no other artist will ever measure up to this show. I'm working on getting VIP to the Omaha concert in February because I can't stay away. I want to go back so bad. And not even just because of Brendon and the music; I want to go back because I was around my people! I made friends, it was so easy to talk with people and everyone was so kind! The feeling of singing along with thousands of different voices in an arena like that... it's the best thing ever. I'm literally in love with everything about the concert.
Do you have feedback on any Panic! concerts you've gone to? Comment and say something! I'd love to hear your stories! ❤️

ALSO I'm really sorry for anyone that's getting tricked by all these updates thinking that they're chapters. But I promise you all that I'm working on Book III right now and it will begin soon! It will be worth the wait. Don't give up on me just yet! 😉
