This is stupid. I have to watch my friends and the Sky Army while I sit in my room like Lady Muck, perfectly safe? Adam couldn't have expected me to really go through with this.

I go to one of my chests and take out my Katniss bow. I had to do something and help in some sort of way, even if it wasn't sword fighting on the front line.

I load my bow and start firing through the small window in my room, nailing those mobs with one hit.

I spot Adam in all the chaos, taking on at least 10 mobs at a time. He looked like he was holding up, but that can't last for long, surely. I nock an arrow in my bow, aiming my arrow towards Adam.

I see a spider pounce on him and take him down, it looked like he was in trouble. I fire, saying a silent prayer in my head.

Adam continues to tackle the spider, eventually throwing it to the side like a wrestler. He spots the arrow in its abdomen just before it despawns. Adam looks my way.

I smile and hold up my bow. He salutes me with two fingers.

I load another arrow as we both return back to fighting.

"Woah s**t." I curse as I duck down at the speed of light. I sit with my back facing the wall as I spot the flaming arrow that almost killed me on the opposite side of the room.

Breathing heavily, I take a perilous journey across the room on my hands and knees, keeping out of the line of sight of the window. I stand up slowly, taking the arrow from the wall and looking closely at it.

It wasn't just an ordinary arrow.

It was black, a similar texture to obsidian and Herobrine's sword.

"You found my arrow." A voice says from behind me.

I let out a small gasp and turn around, "Shadow."

She was standing in the window, leaning casually on one side like her name was Peter Pan and she'd come to take me to Neverland.

But of course, I knew that wasn't her intention.

"Good morning, your majesty." Shadow says, "Isn't this just a perfect day to meet your fate?"

"No, Shadow." I respond, "It doesn't have to be like this, this doesn't have to be how it ends."

"What?" Shadow asks in a confused manor.

"Sorry?" I reply.

"You think I'm here to kill you?" Shadow questions, jumping down from the window sill.

"Umm… yeah?" I answer.

"Well I'm sure you'll be glad to know I'm not. I want something else first." She says.

I take my eyes off her, "Wait… I know what you want," I look up at her, "You want answers. You're confused more than anything, not angry, not scared."

"Yes, your highness." She draws a sword, "But I expect answers, because I think you'll find that I can be very… encouraging… when I need to."

“Okay…” I feel my forehead starting to heat up as I suddenly turn increasingly more nervous when Shadow points her blade directly at me, “W-what would you like to know?”

“I would like to know why I feel that I’ve you before. And not just in Minecraftia either… I’ve heard your voice somewhere else.” Shadow explains, “I don’t know how to describe it… it’s like… like you’re a distant memory I can’t quite grasp or understand.”

“Uh-huh…” I respond anxiously.

Her soft face expression suddenly turns dark, “Now. I want answers, no messing about, none of that funny business.”
