chap 10 ; beach?

i turned my head to face the clock and see it's already 10.

jake said he'll be home by 10.

i sighed

i took the tv remote and turned it off.

i slowly picked up kayjake off my lap and carried him to his bed which is located next to my room door.

i placed him softly and lightly onto his bed and i slowly walked into my room.

i jumped in and went fast asleep..

* next morning *

i woke up by a pair of strong arms wrapped around my waist.

i turned my head and find a sleepy jake.

i try to escape his arms but everytime i tried, his grip tightens.

and then suddenly he woke up.

"good morning beautiful" he smiles at me.

god his morning voice is so sexy!

"morning" i smile

jake let go of me and hopped off the bed to stretch.

i slowly sat up and yawned.

"so how was your date?" i say looking at him and smiling

"oh um" jake looks down

"jake. what happened?" i ask

jake's head goes up and he looks deep into my eyes.

jake - "the date didn't go well"

right after hearing those words come out of his mouth,

i felt happy.

HAPPY.

outside it seems like i feel bad

but in the inside i'm doing a happy dance!

me - "oh jake, i'm really sorry. are you okay?"

jake - "yeah, i'm fine. it's not like i was in love with her or anything. there's millions of other fishes in the sea"

me - "and which fish do you want?" i say smiling

jake - "i know you love me and all jane, but that was really bad flirting" he says looking down chuckling

me - "oh shut up. i wasn't trying to flirt"

i hit his arm lightly

jake - "you were flirting jane. i know how badly you flirt"

me - "haha. funny" i say with sarcasm

i went out of the bedroom and find kayjake next to his food bowl licking it

me - "aw. good morning boy"

i bend down and pet his soft fur.

i got up and took some dog food and pour it into his food bowl and then added some water.

me - "okay boy. eat up"

i then bend down and pet his fur once again.

once i got up i see jake leaning on the bedroom door frame smiling at me.

why is he smiling at me?

why did i wake up with his arms around my waist?

is he showing interest in me?

or is he just sening me mixed signals?

i stopped thinking about it and go back to reality.

me - "hey" i said smiling

jake - "hey. so i was wondering if you would like to eat breakfast at denny's"

me - "yeah. that would be perfect"

jake - "okay. now go and get changed"

i went inside the room and picked out a cute bright yellow sundress with my black sandals, along with my raybans shades.

i put my hair into a side braid and applied little makeup.

and with that i walk out of the bedroom.

jake quickly got up and smiled at me.

jake - "why do you look so fancy?" he says looking at my outfit up and down

me - "becase it's hot outside. ah duhh" i say in a diva voice

jake - "don't go all diva on me now" he says

i chuckled

me - "okay. should we go?"

jake - "yeah let's go"

jake walks toward the front door and opens it for me.

i smiled at him as a responce.

we went inside his car and drove for about 30 minutes.

* an hour later *

jake and i finally finished and we went driving around for a lil bit

me - "so where are we going next?"

jake - "it's a surprise" he says smiling at me

me - "you know i'm very impatient"

jake - "yeah i know. but we're almost there"

after a few minutes we finally arrived at out destination

i looked out my window and see that we're at a beach.

i look at jake confused.

jake - "it's a beach jane" he says in a sarcastice tone

me - "yeah i know it's a beach dumb"

i slap the back of his head causing me to giggle.

jake - "well anyways. stay right there"

me - "um okay"

i have no clue what or why he brang me to the beach.

and it's soo hot.

jake ran to my side and opened the door for me.

me - "why thank you sir"

jake - "you welcome my lady"

jake offers me his hand and i gladly take it.

we walk on the water and just talk about our childhood memories.

we stop and admire the beautiful view.

jake let go of my hand and i stare at him in confusion.

he does an evil grin and he puts me over his shoulder..
