"dad?"

i stopped at my tracks and widened my eyes at kimberly.

dad? i'm not her dad

"i'm sorry kimberly, um, i'm not your dad" i tell her

"no, i'm pretty sure you are, i've seen you in my dreams" she tells me

"i only have twins. who's your mom?" i ask

"isabelle yang"

isabelle yang.

i've never dated a girl named isabelle.

but my older brother has.. but he died in 2004

"kimberly, i think you're talking about my older brother"

older brother? the only brother i know is kevin

"we have an older brother?" i ask him

"uh, yeah, mom told me stories about him. but whenever she told them, you were either at school, or at dance practice"

"is his name kris jane?" kimberly asks

kevin sighs. "yes kimberly, i believe we're your aunt and uncle" he tells her

"oh my god, is my dad here?" she asks excitedly

"no, i'm sorry kimberly, but he died in 2004"

i had a brother i never knew about, and he already died before i even had the chance to meet him?

both my parents, my brother, my niece has died.

now it's only me and kevin.

what the?!

this can't be happening.

"oh my god" me and kimberly both say

we both drop on our knees and sob into our hands

jake quickly runs towards me and hugs me tightly

"baby, baby, what's wrong?" he asks rubbing my back

"i had an o-o-older brother, and k-k-kimberly is my niece" i tell him still sobbing in my hands

"older brother? i thought kevin was your only brother" he asks in confusion

"his name is kris, he died in 2004, when we were 8" kevin tells him

"how do you know about this?" jake ask kevin and stand up

"mom told me" kevin replies

"and you didn't bother to tell kaylen?!" jake says

"i thought mom told her the stories about kris already" kevin says

~6 hours later~

we're now driving in jake's car to somaha beach.

we finally arrive and turn on our flashlights.

we started walking slowly into the cave.

damn this cave is huge!

i trip over something and hit my nose.

"OUCH! DAMMIT!" i screamed

i put my hands on my nose and feel a lot of blood pouring out of my nose.

"KAYLEN! KAYLEN! are you alright?" jake runs towards me and ask

kevin follows, and then kimberly

"yeah, i um, i just tripped over something" i tell them and pick myself up

i wipe my blood with my black shirt and pick up my flashlight.

i face it to the ground and see a body shaped figure

i walk closer and then gasp.

"GUYS! I FOUND HER BODY!"
