"I am so sick of school," I groan as I slam my head down on the library table to which I receive a shush from Madam Pince. It's been three months since holiday and I'm so worn out. I haven't gotten much time to myself lately and am just happy we are allowed to head down to Hogsmeade tomorrow.

"This is insane," Scorpius groans as well just a little quieter than I did. "Two essays in potions, an essay in History of Magic, and a research paper in Herbology, I think I may go insane."

"I agree also don't forget that essay in Astronomy that's due Monday," Albus sighs as he sets his quill down and stretching his, what I assume to be, cramping hand. Scorpius groans again at Albus's reminder. "This is just way too much."

"Will you just be quiet!?!" An aggravated voice remarks from another table so I turn to see Dominique in her Ravenclaw robes glaring at us with her sharp blue eyes. "Some people actually want to get some work done."

"Come on Dom don't be like that," Scorpius says trying to be friendly in his own special way but it doesn't quite work.

"Don't call me that," She remarks angrily and closes her book before walking out of the library without another word.

"What's her problem?" I ask staring after her quite confused. Does she hate me like Rose and Karina do?

"No one is sure, she was quite a friendly girl before she started at Hogwarts but something happened and now she is just angry at everyone," Albus responds sighing probably sad to have a relative seem like they hate him. "Anyways, how much of the homework have you finished?"

"I've only finished one potions essay," Scorpius remarks angry at the paper in front of him as he glared at it.

"I've finished the History of Magic essay, one of the potions essays, and I finished the Astronomy essay yesterday. I just started on the Herbology research paper but I'm having a bit of trouble," I say proud that I've accomplished so much but just exhausted from it all. "What about you?"

"I've finished the two potions essays and Astronomy essay," Albus responds as he looks down at the book in front of him then abruptly looks up at me as if he has an idea. "Maybe we can ask Allie for help with the Herbology research paper since her dad is the teacher."

"That's bloody brilliant!" Scorpius remarks happily smiling brightly at the aspect of help with his work. "Let's go now!"

"Is she busy?" Albus asks me knowing we shouldn't disturb her if she was.

"I don't think so, I believe she is working on her homework now as well," I answer as we stand up and head out of the library. "Her, Phoebe, and Abigail tend to study in the common room so it shouldn't be too hard to find her."

When we arrive in the common room they were indeed there working on essays, well at least Alice was, the other two were probably working on essays they were assigned as well. "Allie," I call getting her attention away from her paper.

"Hey Ser, what's up?" She responds smiling at the prospect of possibly helping, she's so nice.

"We were wondering if you could help us with the Herbology research paper, we are having a bit of trouble," I was the one who asks because though they didn't show it often Scorpius and Albus didn't like asking for help, it probably has to I do with pride or whatever.

So for the next few hours, we sit down with them and get help with our work. Of course, she doesn't give us the answers but she helps explain the plants and we also receive some help from Abigail since it is her best and favorite class. I am able to finish before the boys do so I quickly move on to my other work, I don't know what I would do without them. It's hard enough not being able to use my magic but I would probably fail all my classes if they weren't here to help me.

"Thank you so much," I yawn when I eventually finish all my essays not wanting them to keep me from Hogsmeade tomorrow or to bother me on the weekend. I'm just going to hand them in early tomorrow, maybe I'll get extra points for it.

I escort the boys out and give them hugs. "I'll see you guys in the morning," I yawn again causing them both to yawn, they are in fact contagious.

I head up to my room and change out of my robes before climbing into bed. I lay there staring up at the top of my bed as Penelope jumps up and lays on my stomach. "Hi, baby girl," I say drowsily before I fall into a dreamless sleep.

The next morning I'm still tired but I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders because I was able to finish all of my work last night. I don't have to deal with the stress or worry about them now that they are all done.

I head down to breakfast to see quite a lot of students already there, I didn't think I had overslept. "Hey Guys," I say as I sit next to Alice and across from Phoebe's boyfriend, Elliot. They had officially gotten together last week and she seems really happy with him so I'm happy for her but James has been pretty down in the dumps lately as he has been following my advice and I feel bad.

"I have to go I left my books in my dorm," Elliot says as he kisses Phoebe's forehead and heads out of the Great hall. Phoebe sighs happily as she looks after he.

"Isn't he just dreamy?" She asks probably to no one in particular. Then she snaps out of as if realizing he wasn't here anymore and turns to us abruptly. "Have you guys noticed that James hasn't bothered me at all since we got from Christmas break? Did something happen or is he planning something?"

I didn't know if I should tell her that James actually did like her, I looked to Alice for help because I had talked to her about what James had said and agreed with my decision though it was ultimately his to make. She nods her head. "Um, I guess you could say something happened."

"What happened? Did he finally get a girlfriend?" Phoebe asks leaning forward in interest then gasps and a pitiful face settles on her features. "Did someone in his family die?"

"No Phoeb, it's kind of um because..." Alice is speaking now though I thought she wanted me to tell her but I don't mind. "Um you got with Elliot."

"So, he really doesn't really mess with girls with boyfriends, good to know," She responds nodding her head as her suspected information.

"That not exactly it, um have you seen how sad he's been lately," I ask while scratching the back of my head.

"Yeah, a bit but what does that have to do with this," Phoebe asks a bit confused as she uses her fork to move the leftover food on her plate around.

"Well, James actually likes you and when you started dating Elliot he was devastated," I say slowly to make sure she knows I'm serious but it doesn't work as she breaks out laughing.

"James likes me that's really funny," Phoebe remarks between laughs then eventually stops when she sees our serious yet nervous faces. "You really are serious."

"Yeah, I had requested that he step back a bit because you are happy with Elliot so he did," I say as I smile at her a bit and she returns it.

"Well, thank you for that because I really am happy with Elliot though James stepping back was that of a gentleman I am perfectly happy with my relationship," Phoebe responds squeezing my hand in thanks. We eventually leave for class and the school day begins.
