Lily^

"Good Luck," I tell Scorpius and Albus as they run out onto the field with the other Slytherins trying out for the team. I smile because they seemed very excited to be out there and playing since they haven't really been able to do it since they got to Hogwarts. I head over to the bleaches and sit down pulling out a book to keep me busy till it was over. I was so engrossed in the story that I didn't notice anyone sit next to me.

"Hi," Is all they say and I nearly jump out of my skin as I fall off the bench groaning as my still slightly sore muscles feel more pain. "Oh I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you."

"It's okay it's my fault I wasn't paying attention," I look up to see one of the girls Rose is always talking to during the classes we have together. Now that I get to see her up close she seems too young to be going to Hogwarts but appearances can be deceiving I guess. She has long, straight, ginger hair the same color as Rose's with light brown eyes that pop out against her pale skin as freckles are dotted all across he face.

"I know what your probably thinking 'She looks too young to be here' and you'd be right. I'm only 10 but I begged my dad to let me come early so I could be with my cousins," She begins to ramble while I just look at her not knowing who she is. Maybe she's Rose's sister or cousin or something? "Oh sorry I'm Lily by the way. You know my brother Albus he's trying out today."

Once she clarifies who she is I can actually see some resemblance between her and her brother. "Yeah I came here to watch him and Scorpius. Is that why you're here too?" I mean what else would she be here for? That was a really stupid question.

"Kind of, I'm here to watch Scorpius mainly," She said staring out of the bleaches as all the students on brooms zoom around above us. I look as well to see them having fun as they chase after the player who had the ball though I had no idea what was going on. Even before Hogwarts I had never been that into watching sports but I have participated in some sports, like two years of softball and a year where I did both cheerleading and track. Though I eventually stopped since it took up so much of my time that I wasn't able to get some of my homework done and the other kids made fun of me when I would trip or couldn't do a back tuck.

"Are you two friends?" I ask turning back to look at her but she continues to look out not even bothering to look at me when she replies.

"I wish but my family would throw a fit though they already are knowing him and Albus are friends but I would prefer being more than friends with him," She finally turns to look at me and gives me a wink so I know exactly what she meant. She wants to be Scorpius's girlfriend? I wonder what they would look like if they were together.

"Well, I wish you luck he can be a handful sometimes," I say chuckling and shaking my head remembering all the times he's pranked me so far, though it's only been a month. I wonder what he would do to her if they did date. Would he even prank her? I mean he would have to that's who he was.

This got her attention and her head whipped in my direction so fast it looked like it seriously hurt. "You know him, I thought you were just an admirer like myself," Lily says her voice changing slightly at the prospect of me knowing him and it kind of scares me.

"Yeah we are like best friend as well as Albus, we hang out like all the time," I say as I scoot away from her slightly because of the intense stare she is giving me but she doesn't say anything. And I sigh relieved when she eventually looks away taking her death glare with her.

"Just friends, nothing more?" She asks and I break out laughing which brings her glare back to me and I try to hold it in so I'm able to answer.

"I want to gag at even the thought of dating him he's like my brother," I say through laughs that I can't help but let out as a whistle is blown and the tryouts are over. I guess I had been talking to her for longer than I thought so I stand up ready to go meet the boys. "It was nice meeting you."

I wave goodbye and walk down to the boys asScorpius throws an arm around my shoulder. "How did you guys do?" I asked though I knew they were going to be bias but I honestly couldn't say the opposite because I wasn't even paying attention.

"Awesome!" Albus cheers bumping my arm drawing my eyes away from Scorpius onto his smiling face. I sent him a grin back while we enter the school to see the halls basically empty. "Are we studying today?"

"Nah, I'll give you guys a break you worked hard and I just want to sleep. So I'll see you tomorrow," I give them each a quick hug before rushing down the halls toward the common room.

"What about dinner it's too early," Albus calls after me and it seems to echo through the halls.

"Fine, I'll take a quick nap and meet you outside the dining room in two hours," I yell back as I turn a corner and am out of his sight. When I get to the door I put the pass code in and rush into the room and rush to the drawer next to my bed and open it to find my necklace. I sigh as I clip it on happy to have it back then I throw myself onto the bed and lay still as my eyelids slowly close.

"Serena Chandler you get out of that bed immediately you're late," A loud voice said drawing me out of my sleeping state and I groan placing the pillow on top of my head trying to block them out but they stole it and I started whining as if I was a child. I blink my eyes open adjusting to the light of the room and see Scorpius standing over me while Albus stood by the room door.

"How did you get in here?" I ask yawning and sitting up to get out of bed so we could go to dinner now that they were here.

"A second year who had decided to skip let us in," Scorpius says crossing his arms over his chest and looking down at me disappointed that I hadn't actually come down at the time I said I was. "You didn't come so we both decided that it would be the best idea to come and get you because you are not skipping dinner."

"Fine," I yawn again standing up from bed and reaching for the brush on the bed side table to brush out the knots of my bed hair that always seemed to look bad and I really didn't want them to see that. We head off to dinner and I eat as much as I can handle before they actually let me head back to my room where I was able to finally go back to sleep.
