My mom pulled up outside the entrance of Riverdale high, god I hated this place, just seeing the bug bulldogs painting brought back hundred of bad memories. Mother got outside of the car and dragged me out by the arms and stormed me into the entrance just to make sure that I wouldnt run away today. After she left I stormed over to homeroom to find Veronica Lodge, sitting on the desk laughing at me.
"What the hell are you wearing blossom."
"Ugh, clothes Veronica, what does it look like" I rolled my eyes at her.
"It looks like your dressing as a southside skank."
"So what..."
"So what.... we hate those southsiders and dont want anything to do with them... and here you are dressing like them, whats gotten into your head cheryl?" I rolled my eyes at her statements. "Oh my god... you were so on the southside yesterday weren't you.."
"What are you talking about Veronica" She stood up and walked over to me face to face.
"I'm talking about you being friends with the southside scum" I started shaking. "Aw look, little blossoms scared, we must know the truth."
"Fuck you Veronica, leave me alone."
"Make me" I dont know what took over my body but I threw a punch directly at the side of her head and watched her body fall sideways and crash on the ground. I instantly knew that I made a mistake. "You BITCH Cheryl!" Then she stood up and punched me twice in the head, one on each side, and that was the last thing I remember happened.
The next thing I knew i woke up with the school doctor next to me leaning over me.
"Cheryl... are you awake?"
"Uh...urm... I think so...." My eyesight slowly became less and less blurred and I sat up on the bed. "What happened?"
"You got punched pretty hard by Veronica Lodge, knocked you unconscious, dont worry, she has been punished for what she did"
"Can I go Doc?"
"What back to class, you should really stay here for a little bit, just so we can check you ok." I stood up and shook my head at him.
"I'm fine..I really am"
"Uh ok Cheryl" As soon as I left the doctors office I ran down the hallways and started to feel tears slowly run down my cheeks. I kept running until I found the girls toilets, I went into the first stall and broke town, rivers of tears flooding down my face, my mascara running down, but I couldnt even care anymore, I just wanted to let it all out. I brought my phone out of my pocket and started texting Toni.
Ive been here all of 5 mins and im already in hell.
Im in the girls toilets crying my eyes out.
Worst. Day. Ever.

I sent the txt and waited, still crying, but almost instantly Toni replied.
Meet me at the front entrance in 2 minutes.

As soon as I saw the text my face brightened up. I was getting out of this God awful place, skipping school to spend time with someone who acctaully likes me.
It couldnt have made me happier.
