Pain

Toni's Pov
I hung up on the phone and fell back onto the bed and started crying again, and I didnt stop until I heard a bang on the door.
"Tiny, Tiny are you home?" I recognised the voice straight away, it was fangs, I wasn't in the mood for any serpent buisness right now.
"Yes, Fangs, what do you want." My voice cracked throught my speech.
"Oh my god, tiny are you Ok? You sound awful.." I walked over to the door and opened it to see Fangs on my doorstep. "Geez, what happened, did someone die, sorry shouldnt have said that, that was mean."
"I hurt Cheryl, I got her taken away."
"Taken away, how?"
"Her moms a homophobe, she saw me and Cheryl when we had a moment, and then she took her away and its all my fault" I went back into the kitchen and sat down on a chair with my head in my hands.
"Oh my God, its not your fault Toni, I know what its like dealing with homophobes, you cant help how you feel..."
"I...I just want to know where she is I...I want to help her Fangs." I looked up and he was knelt infront of me.
"Did Cheryl say anything about where her mom might take her, anything at all?"
"She said that if her mom saw her with a girl again, she would take her away, take her to get help...." I didnt know if that was any help at all.
"Ok so my only idea is that she took Cheryl to conversion therapy.."
"Whats that..?" I was confused how Fangs could reach that conclusion from such a short statement.
"It's where gay kids, like me, you and Cheryl, would get taken if people thought what we felt was bad, its a kind of religious program thats supposed to make people straight, they only get out once they have changed, sometimes it takes years. It's illegal in most states, but i'm not sure about here."
"Oh my god it's like we are living in the dark ages."
"Also we are in luck, theres only one within ten hours of here, The Sisters Of Quiet Mercy, thats the most likely place she is."
"Oh my god I gotta go help her."
"God no Tiny, have you seen the state of yourself, you need some sleep, we will sort this out tommorow ok?"
"Thank you so much Fangs, it means so much"
"It's no problem, us Serpents got each others backs"

Fangs got up and left my trailer, leaving me alone. I decided to get in the shower to freshen myself up, it made me feel atleast a tiny bit better having the warm water run down my face. Once I finished I got out and dressed in a Large sweatshirt and tried to go to sleep. But I was there for hours, tossing and turning, thinking about the pain Cheryl was going through right at this very moment. I knew I would never be able to sleep while she was going through this, so I gave up on the whole sleeping thing and got changed back into my clothes and stormed out of my trailer. Now i knew where Cheryl was there was no stopping me, I was going to find her, and I was going to save her.
Even at the risk of my own life.
