Toni's Pov

I watched as Cheryl drove out of the school car park, leaving me behind. I had never hurt her this bad before and I barely even did anything to her. I didnt even consider going back to class, as all that was on my mind was Cheryl, amd fixing what was wrong.

I never taught her how to ride a motor bike, as for all I know she could have already crashed our fallen off by now. I didnt have any form of vehicle to get me anywhere close to her, so I just walked out of the school without looking back.

I barely knew my way around the Northside of Riverdale, but I did know how to get to Thistlehouse, so thats obviously where I went first. It took me about 30 minutes to walk from one side of the town to the other, but when I arrived there was no sight of my bike.

Cheryl had given me a key to her house as soon as her Mom left because we both spent so much time there together, and there was no way that Penelope could hurt me now. I walked over to the door and slipped in the key, I slowly pushed it open but there was no sign of Cheryl, no jacket, no shoes. Nothing.

I scuttled up the stairs and into her room, to find it just the same as we left it, nothing had moved and no one was in here. I collapsed on the bed in anger and started slamming the walls and the tables. I went through my phone but there were no texts or signs from her... great. I sent her a text on my own in the hope that she would reply.

Toni : I'm sorry Cheryl, just come back to school. We need to talk this out, please don't get on my bike, I don't want you to get seriously injured. They are so dangerous and I care about you way too much to see you in a hospital bed. Just please. Come back. I love you x

It took me a while to come up with the right words for the message, I didnt want to mess up and make things worse than they already were, I just wanted her to come home. To be able to snuggle up next to her in bed and just fall asleep. But I couldnt.

After a long period of procrastination I finally decided to leave and continue to look for her. I stepped outside and locked the door, and checked outisde one last time for my bike, but unsuprisingly there was nothing.

I started to stroll down the busy streets of Riverdale, the cold winters air blowing in my face, while my hands were snuggled up in my pockets. I hoped she wasnt outside right now, she left my jacket at the school, meaning she was literally just in a t-shirt right now, I wouldnt be surpised if she caught hypothermia at this point.

I decided to walk to Pops, the place where I took Cheryl on the first day I met her, we both had milkshakes and she revealed a bit of her past to me, opening up to me for the first time of many. I didnt want to go in, I knew that all the emotions would come flowing back, and that was the last thing I wanted while I was trying to concentrate on finding her.

The next stop on my small tour of our past was the Bijou, where we went to go see love Simon together. Our first movie "date", the movie that pursuaded Cheryl to come out to me and come out to everyone at her school. Where we shared that moment when our hands brushed in the popcorn, but we ended up sitting and holding hands for the whole movie. The emotions started to flood into my head, I had to leave before I had a full on mental breakdown in public.

Finally I went to the park where Cheryl came out to me, telling me about her bad experiences in the past and us two having a full on pity party together, I started walking towards the tree we sat under that night when in the distance, I saw Cheryl on my bike, and another boy getting on behind her. I instantly got jealous and felt the blood rushing to my face, I started to run towards them, but I was too slow and they had driven off before I got anywhere near close.

Part of me felt suspicous though... Cheryl told me she was a lesbian, so theres no way she would get on a bike with some random boy for a random reason, so I tried to follow them as best I could, but within minutes I had completely lost where they went.

I spent another hour walking around looking for any sign of them but there was nothing, they had dissapeared. I gave up and started to make my way back to my trailer on the Southside, but it was on the complete other side of town and would take me ages to get there.

I was strolling down the paths, kicking stones like a soccer ball along with me. Just before I got to the Southside, I noticed my bike outside of a hotel called "The Five Seasons". I instantly knew Cheryl was going to be inside.

I ran upto the entrance and slowly pushed the front door open, to reveal a massive, posh looking lobby which was atleast 4 times the size of my trailer. I started to look around for anyone at all, when I saw the boy who got on the back of the bike, holding a limp Cheryl in his arms in the elevator. I started to walk over to them but the elevator door closed right infront of my face.

I started to spam the button that open thes door, but it wouldnt budge, and I heard the elevator start to move. So instead I ran over to he reception and slammed my hands on the counter.

"Excuse me I need your help right now." She looked up from her computer like I was insane.

"A room is $70 for a night, $420 for a week." I started to wriggle uncontorllably infront of her, I was starting to get stressed.

"No I dont want a room, I want to find out what room that boy that just went in the elevator is in." She shook her head at me.

"Sorry, thats private infomation, disclosed to him and his family only." I wanted to slap her, she was being so annoying.

"Look, Im not family of him, but I am of the girl her just brought up. She doesnt know him, he doesnt know her and unless your blind, she had been drugged." She looked at me shocked. "So please! Just give me the room number!" I slammed my right hand on the counter, causing the displays to rattle.

"Jeez calm, hes in room 504, just dont destroy the reception."

I ran over to the staircase and sprinted up all the stairs until I was on the fifth floor. I ran through the corridors until I found room 504. I started to twist the doorhandle, but it was locked. Then I began pushing on the door, but it was barely moving. As a last resort, I backed up into the hallway and started to charge towards the door, shoulder infront of me.

It was a hard and painful impact with the door, but it was enough force to knock it down. I fell straight onto the floor and looked up, to find this stranger climbing ontop of Cheryl, his head turned to face me looking shocked.

I quickly scrambled to my feet and pulled my switchblade out of my pocket and started to move closer towards him, then put it up against his neck.

"Get your fucking hands off of her!"

To share my love of two fictional characters with other people in the world brings me happiness, because I am too scared to talk about it to my real friends.

If you ever want to talk, just message me on insta or twiter. Literally my handle for everything is @choni.obvi ;)
