Mission Impossible

"We need to find the perfect costumes! There is only 1 more week until the party!" Patty squealed.

We were in the mall on a Saturday morning to shop for the party.

"Mission Impossible starts right now." Steph said as she yawned.

The first store we went into didn't have anything good. After a bit of looking around, we found a Party City and we decided to go in.
"Omigod! this is so cute!" Stephanie shrieked when she saw a costume for Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games. It came with a dark brown braided wig and even a mocking jay necklace. The costume was really cute. It was a dark green hunter jacket with a pair of leather leggings.
"It totally suits you! It even comes with a wig! you are gonna look so awesome!" I said as I looked through a rack of costumes. I really liked the cheerleader costume, but the skirt is way too short. The cat woman costume was really cute too, so I decided to try it on.

In the change room, I looked at myself in the mirror. The full body suit fit perfectly because it wasn't too tight, or too lose. The costume came with a mask and an attachable tail. In the change rooms beside me, Patty and Stephanie were trying on their costumes.

"How does it look?" Steph asked as she came out in her Katniss Everdeen costume.

"It's amazing." I replied. "You could even add green eyeshadow or something." I suggested.

"Yeah, that would look so nice, Steph." Patty said as she stepped out the change room. She was wearing a superwoman costume that made her look amazing.

"Do you guys like it?" Patty asked.

"Oh my god! Yes! You look great!" Stephanie and I both shrieked in unison. After that, we all burst in laughter at how crazy we are.

We all ended up purchasing our costumes from Party City. Once we left the store with our purchases, we went to buy some makeup and shoes to go with our outfits.

"Omg! There's an Aldo over there! Can we pretty please go in there?" Patty begged and her eyes went as big as saucers.

"Are you sure Pat? It's kinda expensive in there. I mean, we can always buy shoes at another store like Ardene." I questioned Patty because Aldo is super expensive. I don't have that much cash left either.

"Maybe we could look, but I don't think we can really buy anything. Ardene is a really good place to buy shoes and makeup, plus it's only for one night." Steph said.
We eventually decided to visit Aldo to look around, and then go into Ardene.

At the end of the day, I went home with my cat woman costume, a pair of combat/leather boots, silver eyeliner and a new Baby Lips lip balm. 'Now I'm ready. Let's get this party started' I cheered to myself. I smiled a huge smile right before I fell into a happy slumber.
