Jungkook's smile faltered as it was replaced by a frown. He walked in the classroom, excited to have you beside him as he was your seatmate in Music class. But that all turned.

You were hidden by an oversized hoodie, your head resting on your arms as Wonwoo played with your hair. He didn't know why a pang of jealousy ran through him.

His anger turned into sadness as he stared at the sight more, it ached his heart though he couldn't comprehend. But he managed to smile as he walked to your table.

"Hey y/n!" He exclaimed, grinning at you, showing his adorable bunny teeth, this made you smile as you rose your head. As you gave him a warm smile, he couldn't shake off the sight from the corner of his eye. He wanted to believe that Wonwoo wasn't glaring at him but he was, and all he could do was ignore it and make your attention go to him.

"So I was wondering if you could teach me some basics on the piano but I see you're still busy with your friend." Jungkook trailed off, he didn't really find any interest on the instrument but if it was a way to gain your focus and time then he was willing to do that.

"It's okay, it's fun to teach I guess." You smiled and that just worsened the butterflies that flew inside his stomach. Wonwoo secretly gritted his teeth as he watch you walk to Jungkook, making your way to the piano to teach him the basics.

Wonwoo didn't like how Jungkook just took your attention like it was the easiest thing, he didn't like how Jungkook looked at you—because it was how he looked at you too.

Wonwoo was filled with hurt, he stood up and grabbed his jacket, he gave the both of you a last glance before storming out of the room, jealousy burning him as he felt nothing but anger.

You rubbed your eyes as you looked at where you once sat, your head tilted to find Wonwoo's absence. As you were about to ask Jungkook for the boy, he tried to play a song but to only fail, which made you softly laugh.

Your laughter felt so beautiful entering his ears, it made his heart feel warm. He loved how he made you happy and that was what he was now focusing on.

He was determined to make you happy. Why can't you just stand by my side. He thought to himself.
