The words of CURSE's new song brought tears to my eyes. Ewan ko nga kung bakit ko 'to pinapakinggan. I should know better than to reopen old wounds. Pero hindi ko talaga mapigilan ang sarili ko. I was too mesmerized with his voice. For me, listening to it was one way of imagining him still beside me, singing this song to me. Only to me and no one else. For seven years I've been doing this, despite knowing for a fact that I'm hurting my heart all the more. But still, I know that lying to it and forcing myself to move on is much more worse.

I turned the volume higher and placed the song on repeat.
