"Len."
"Len." He knocked on the door.
"It's not so bad Len?"
"You don't understand!" I cried out.
"Lenny--"
"I wanna go home." I sobbed.
"And I wanna disappear off the face of the Earth! We don't always get what we want Len, get over it!"
"Why do you wanna disappear?" I whispered.
"Come out of there and maybe I'll tell you."
"How about you come inside and maybe we can talk about this?"
"I'm not supposed to be in this washroom in the first place." He sighed.
"But you're here anyway." I said.
"Fine what the hell, let's talk." I unlocked the door and let him inside the tiny stall.
"You ruined the make up." He whispered, gently wiping my tears away.
"Stop trying to be cute Creepy Luke. You're only in here so that I don't have to face my parents."
"I'm not trying to be cute. I am cute." He whispered firmly.
I rolled my eyes at him.
"Ouch Len. You really know how to make someone feel like crap, huh?"
"Fine whatever you're cute. Now, why do you want to disappear?"
He shrugged. "I can't really talk about it."
"Why not?" I raised an eyebrow at him.
"Because it's sorta personal."
"You know my secret, why can't I know yours?"
"Because yours isn't something you're ashamed of, Len."
He looked disappointed. In himself.
"You know I hate you anyway, so we can talk about it, it's not going to change how I feel about you." I offered.
He smiled.
"Maybe on our first real date." He said.
"You seem pretty confident that there will be a first real date?"
He nodded.
"Why would I agree to that?" I asked, glaring at him.
"Because you want to know what my secret is."
"You're optimism gives me hope." I snorted.
I wasn't just going to let him know that he was right.
"Now can we please get out of here before your parents think I'm as creepy as you make me out to be?"
"But I like it here." I protested. I didn't want to go back out there. They were going to make it worse.
