"A library?" I sighed

"A library?" I sighed.

"A library." He confirmed. "It's the perfect cover."

"The ultimate super hideout is a public library?" Luke chuckled.

"It's not exactly public anymore?" Dark seemed to be in his element.

"Is there some sort of energy shield protecting it from the outside world?" I asked, excited? The possibilities were endless with Superpowers.

"No, but there is a password that's updated every twenty hours, we have a group chat for that."

"Why twenty?" Luke asked.

"Don't ask me, Supervillains aren't exactly my favorite people in the world."

"You're one of them." I deadpanned.

"It aligns itself perfectly with my occasional self loathing." He nodded.

"Oh then it's okay, I guess--"

"I don't want to be here." Luke still has a brain. He was sweating. A lot. He was trying really hard to not freak out. And failing, by the looks of it.

"This is going to be fun." I snorted.

"Hey, Len, this seems dangerous."

"Oh you're not coming." I shook my head.

"What? Of course he is!" Dark didn't see any problem with this?

"No, he's not." I was almost embarrassed by how overprotective I sounded. I didn't want to take decisions for Luke but it was the only way to keep him safe.

"Light, this is not your decision to make."

"He's not a Super." I argued.

"I thought you just wanted to come here because he didn't."

"And he's here now. I don't want him inside." I confirmed.

"Creepy Luke, trust me, this is going to be fun, don't listen to her." Dark tried persuading Luke.

"Do you really want to be the only Non-Super in a room full of Supervillains?" He had to find this at least a little scary! I found it scary and I was a Superhero!

"You've been inside Super Tower and made it out alive. Twice." Dark was not giving up?

"But these people are bad guys." Yes, make the right choice Luke!

"Let me put it this way, who's scarier, Light or me?"

He thought about it for a moment.

"Fine." Luke said.

"You're not going inside." I stated blankly.

"You don't get to choose for me." Luke frowned.

"I do actually. You're my responsibility!" Wow, I really hate myself right now?
