The school day had ended, so hundreds of students were rushing to leave the building.

The rest of the day went fairly went for Amanda and Ebony, minus the fact that even though the English teacher was absent, she gave a project for the class to do.

Ebony was fuming about the project, while Amanda was already thinking about how they would organize the layout.

"I CAN'T BELIEVE SHE DID THAT-"

Amanda opened her mouth to speak, but Ebony instantly stopped her, "-AND DON'T YOU SAY ANYTHING THAT IS RELATIVELY SMART ABOUT IT!"

Amanda shrugged and kept walking, "I wasn't going to say anything offensive, I was just going to offer a chance to help you with the project at home."

Ebony's expression changed, "Really!? Thank the stars that it's a group project!"

Amanda glared, "Don't freeload this time..."

"Why can't you glare like that when Caitlyn teases you?"

"Because I honestly don't care what she has to say."

Ebony stopped walking and stared at her friend, "That face you made at lunch tells me otherwise."

"Let's stop talking about her, okay? We have a project to focus on, and I still have to help you with your Geometry homework."

"You're lucky schoolwork will distract this Caitlyn situation."

"And you're lucky that I put up with you when it comes to your schoolwork."

Ebony laughed and gave in, "Touché Ms.Cheryll. Touché."

Amanda turned on her phone to call her mom, "Likewise Ms.Grayson."

After hours of teaching Ebony about circles, and making sure Ebony stayed focused during their project, Amanda felt a little sluggish the next school day.

Amanda hoped that school could end quicker than when it started, and that there would be no problems that would concern her.

Unfortunately, a confident gold-haired girl wanted to make sure that would never happen.

"Ugh!"

Amanda groaned out when her face met the floor.

After collecting herself, Amanda looked up to see was the person who decided to be keen on ruining her day.

It was no other than Caitlyn herself, looking down on her, and her two sidekicks, Catherine and Cynthia, who were uncontrollably laughing at her fall.

"Aww. Did I push the baby too hard?" Caitlyn began to laugh.

Amanda shrugged it off and started to get up, "No you didn't, I'm fine."

"I didn't ASK you how you were feeling."

"Well, I didn't ASK you to push me, Caitlyn," Amanda fired back.

Amanda could've sworn she heard laughter in the background. She knows it wasn't the three girls in front of her, they all looked like they were ready to kill her on the spot. It probably was someone in the crowd that was forming around the four girls.

"Do you even KNOW who you're talking to?" Amanda heard Cynthia shout.

"Yes, I do. How could I not know who she is? I've been at this school for two years," Amanda answered.

Caitlyn started walking closer to Amanda but was suddenly stopped by a hand on her shoulder.

"That's enough Caitlyn."
