~Gay. Everywhere. No more warnings on the subject since it will regularly appear this moment on.

Also, side note lovelies. I changed Courtney's name to Cynthia, and Katherine's (Caitlyn's Katherine, not Kit-Kat) to Catherine for less confusion~

It was Friday afternoon, and Elliot was lazily going through his phone. He was waiting for Lilith to finish trying on the dress for the Valentine's Day Dance next week.

Elliot's phone dinged as his mom messaged him. She sent Elliot a picture of him and Lilith together at the 8th-grade dance.

Mrs.Mom
Look at my baby! Now he's all grown up ;(

Elliot
Moooooom

Elliot's eyes trailed back up to the picture and couldn't hold back a sigh.

'It's because of stupid Sienna and the dance that gave Lilith some self-esteem issues...'

Lilith had tried on over ten dresses and, while Elliot believed she looked beautiful in all of them, refused to choose one.

Elliot heard the changing room curtain rustle and looked up. What he saw made his jaw drop.

Lilith was wearing a short blush-colored curvy dress thoroughly decorated with glitter, and a silky pink jacket that didn't reach her sides. Lilith was also wearing transparent pink heels and holding white tights in her hands.

Lilith gave a shaky smile to Elliot, "How...do I look?"

Elliot almost didn't hear the question since he was too distracted by the beauty in front of him. He snapped out of his stupor when he noticed Lilith's look of disappointment.

"Oh. Sorry. I'll find another-"

"No!"

Lilith looked shocked, and Elliot failed miserably trying to regain his composure. "I-I m-mean - w...wow...I-" Elliot cleared his throat and tried his best to form a sentence, but all that came out was jumbled words.

After staring at the flustered man for a few seconds, Lilith finally caught on to why Elliot was reacting to the outfit this way.

"So, this one is a keeper?"

Elliot coughed and finally managed to respond appropriately, "Only if you want to make other girls jealous."

Lilith looked at the mirror in the changing room, stared at the reflection looking back at her, and shrugged.

"Sure, why not."

Elliot inaudibly huffed as Lilith went back into the changing room.

'Something's wrong. Her reaction seemed a little forced,' Elliot grimly thought.

Lilith soon emerged from the changing room with the dress hanging limply on her arm, "Ready to go?"

"Almost, just a quick question."

Lilith nodded to urge Elliot to continue.

"Do you like the dress?"
