Dear journal,
I thought maybe I might have outgrown you . Yesterdays problems seem to be from another lifetime but I come with good news. I'm writing this now so I may look back on it later on in life when I just need to remember how far I've come.
Its probably a bit late to write this seeing its almost over a year since we left the airport but I think its good timing. Just to look back at this long, stressful year. A lot has happened.
You're probably wondering what happened between Ashton and I, or any of the boys and I. Well, all in due time.
This is so crazy, to think, all of this has happened, honestly.
Let's start with people and friend.
My mom and Joe are still together, they're going strong. My mom seems to be happier now and she doesn't mind my life choices anymore. Joe has a mechanic business, apparently its doing swell.
Beat is still doing her thing in LA, working now in a big studio. She says she hopes to be a choreographer for big singers or teach people to dance on TV.
"I'd love to be on dancing with the stars." She smiles.
Her and Calum, apparently, have been talking about marriage. They kinda live together, but kind of not. The band is a lot bigger now so they spend a lot of time in LA. He took her home with him and apparently she really likes it there so maybe they'll live there.
Izack.... I dont even know about him anymore. We made up a bit and him and Ashton talked out their differences. I think they broke up, the band. Izack has grown up a bit though and I think he's accepted that we're not anything anymore. We aren't even we.
Now for the boys;
Luke is doing good and I think he met a girl last week. Red hair and nerdy glasses and loves books. That's what he said to me anyways.
We also assigned him godfather, but that won't be for another few months. The rest of the boys are horribly jealous.
Calum is doing good and I can see he's a bit of a changed man. He's settled down now for Beat. He does whatever he can to go home and see her. They're grossly in love.
I ship it.
Michael and I still pick on each other but now its good fun. I got another tattoo, of Ganesh. I had thought long and hard and realized what I meant to me.
Always see goings in the world with a microscopic sight. An elephant sees things a lot bigger than they are. Its just to say that dont think bigger and better of people, including yourself, more than they are.
Michael is doing good. He's winning award, I think, for his guitar playing. He's actually one if my new best friends now. He tried to teach me video games but I think we've developed a system to where he plays and I watch. The other boys go out a lot, Michael likes to stay in with me.
He says he needs to stay in case for a baby.
"Its my duty as a man." He'll say strongly.
Now, Ashton. He's good. We bought a house together in London. We thought maybe it'd be nice, its kind of halfway. Its nice. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, two floors. One for us, one for the baby and a spare room for the boys. They stay here with us a lot, so its a fairly big house. Michael's games have almost taken over the entire living room.
I guess everything is good in my little world. The boys are working on a new album and are still touring, doing their things. The fans are amazing and love me now, as well.
Signed,
Ryan Irwin
(Isn't that a boys name??)
