"Chapter 11" -W. Special Extra #1

~Hi guys! This is an extra chapter, not part of the actual story. It was GOING to be, but for a time Sidgal was gone, and we were both writing the next chapter, so we had two chapters that were very different. This one is mine! And the next one is his. We decided to merge our two chapters to make a new one. That will be later... Let us know what you think in the comments below!~

It's not like Mayu was ungrateful, she didn't have a death wish... Yet. Who knew how long she might last? Discovering that she had gils was a real shock. I mean, it's not every day you fall through a magical portal, think you might get eaten by wild wolves that shouldn't be there, become part of a group, find out that your not even on earth, see the entire group killed in front of your very eyes, almost get killed yourself while attempting an escape, drown, and then... Get rescued by a... Merman? And finally, wake up in a bedroom that's not even your own. Anything could have happened! She threw the covers off of her, and jumped out of the bed.

"This can't be happening." Mayu said out loud.

She shook her head and slapped her cheeks in an attempt to wake up.

"It can, and it is."

Mayu stopped, jerking up her head to the sound of the voice. She gasped when she saw who it was.

"It's you!" She exclaimed, staring directly at the merman who saved her.

His rich blue eyes, short dirty blonde hair, eye popping abs, and turquoise tail were unmistakeable.

He smirked.

"It's me."

"Why am I here?" Mayu asked, taking a step back.

"What, no thank you?" He asked. Then he made his voice really high. "Thank you so much, I'm alive thanks to you, how could I ever repay your kindness?"

Mayu raised her eyebrows.

"Umm, r-right, thanks." She stuttered.

She was still dazed, so she didn't know what to make of the whole situation. He seemed okay, but should she really trust him? He could turn out to be a bad guy too!

She flinched when he swam toward her, taking another step back.

"Hey, hey, relax." He cooed, swimming inches from Mayu's face.

"Yeah, sure. Why don't you try relaxing after your whole world is turned upside down! When you find out your not even on your own world anymo-" She stopped abruptly at that.

Was it a good idea to give herself away? Her heart raced as her anxiousness rose in her throat, but she kept her mouth shut.

"Aww, don't worry, I already knew that, it's quite obvious you're not from here, that's why I'm talking in English." He grinned, wrapping his arm around her shoulder, his face inches from hers.

Mayu couldn't help but blush. She didn't know what to do. He seemed like an okay person, he wasn't trying to kill her at least.

Suddenly, there was a knock at the door, and the sound of an angry voice could be heard.

"Undelfo, what's the meaning of this? You've been locked in your room for a full day, come out this instant!"
