DAY: 107
Winter Soldier
I didn't know any of the people who stood before me. There were three men, each one equipped with a knife and a small gun. I could take them all easily if needed, but I wasn't here to kill. I needed answers that people weren't supplying to me. I had already done enough damage already. To my left, a man in a blue heavy-duty uniform, followed by a girl with a metal arm and red hair, and a tall man with claws jutting out from his knuckles.
"He started acting like this three hours ago, we thought that it would go away and that he'd be fine but it hasn't changed." the guy in blue said to the girl.
"Has he hurt anyone?" she asked him, she kept her eyes on me.
"A few men, but they're just shaken really." he answered. "I wouldn't recommend going near him though."
The red girl nodded and started walking over slowly in my direction.
"What did he just say?" the claw guy said to her.
"I'll be just fine." she turned to them and said, she turned back to me and stopped when she was, at the least, eight feet away.
"Bucky," she said. "Do you know who I am?"
I shook my head no, gripping the gun tightly in my hand and preparing myself for anything.
Judging from the girl she was five four, maybe one hundred twenty pounds, posed no real threat except for her arm. Judging by her stance she had some light combat training. Her eyes narrowed and she watched every breath I took. She didn't seem afraid or moved by what was around us. There was a small fire coming out of one of the stores, being tamed back by someone with a fire extinguisher, and there were men laying on the floor from trying to take me out; at least they knew to stay down the first time.
"Okay." she said, she raised her hands up a little, her eyes drifted down to my hand. "Well, just take it easy, okay? I'm not here to fight, I just want to help. That's all we want to do."
"Not here to hurt me? Mind telling your guard dogs to drop it?" I gestured behind her. She didn't even turn around to see, she just made a hand signal above her head. They backed away slowly and lowered their guns.
"They're scared, okay? You're scaring them." she said. She gave me a hesitant nod and glanced over her shoulder to the men. Then, she turned around, dropping her arms to her sides. I stepped up behind her, grabbed her human arm and twisted it up behind her back. But she slipped out of my grip before I could do anything else. I spun around and grabbed her by her hair and pulled her backwards, she slammed into the wall and I grabbed her throat, lifting her up off the ground. She pushed both of her feet against my chest, pushing off of me until my hand snapped away, she fell to the floor as I staggered back. She used the wall to get to her feet slowly, her nose dripping with blood.. I stepped towards her and she dropped to the floor, slid through my legs and behind me. When I spun around, she connected her metal fist with my jaw. When I turned back to her I grabbed her throat again and squeezed tight, suspending her in air.
The men that surrounded us stepped towards us with their weapons raised.
"Don't!" she shouted, her arm flew out and she motioned them to top. They all froze and I stepped back, easing my grip on her neck.
"Drop your weapons and kick them away," said loudly. "Now."
Each one of them looked at each other and then back to the girl in my hand "Do as he says." she nodded and dropped her hand, clawing at me to let go.
The men knelt down on the ground, all except one, and began setting their weapons on the floor. The guy who was standing up, the one with the claws, raised his hands up as they sank into his skin, he knelt down on the floor beside the man in the blue suit and the others put their hands behind their heads.
