It was after school and I saw a few other girls that were black too. My heart fluttered and I was so relieved that I'm not the only one of different skin tone. They were actually nice to me.
They do track as well so when I saw them at the field after school we were all so jumpy and friendly. We jogged and talked while doing 2 laps for warm up. Once we finished our laps we just sat down on a hurdle and watched the boys do there laps after us.

"Ohh, I know you girls see Gonzo over there." Shana said while sitting on the right of me. She puckered her lips and was basically eye raping all the boys with a six pack.
Diana who was sitting on The far end,slapped Shania on top of her curly hair.
" I swear I can't take you anywhere without you at a nigga like some meat." Diana seems to be like the mother of the group.
" Oh you might be on to something Shan." I cooed getting my slap from Diana.
" Come on Danny you know you love us." I laughed as Shania was trying to calm Diana down. I looked to my left to see Gonzo staring at me. I blushed and looked away. I promised my Chris that I wasn't going to fall for a boy again. I wonder if that's his real name. Gonzo.
" Yo guys you wanna hang after track at my place?" I asked them once they've settled down.
"Sure." They both said in unison and we just went back to our track activities. We changed and went to my dad's car. I've warned him before to tell home that I'm bringing some people over so to grab a bigger car. When I saw him inside a Lincoln I gave him a thumbs up.

We all hoped in and reached to my house in a mere 15 minutes. Once at my house me and the girls headed for my bed room and I was immediately cornered by Shania.
"That's your brother?" Shania lates on my bed.
"Yeah. He's in college so don't get any ideas." I warned both of them.
"Don't worry." She reassured me.
We just talked and chatted and I was really happy to finally have made friends. My mom came home and saw my new friends. She looked at me like I just made the honors.
" Oh my Cathy who are these beautiful girls in your room?"
" Mom these are Diana and Shania. There my friends." They all introduced themselves to one another.
"How about you girls stay over for the night?" Mom is really going all out.
" We'll love too Miss Howard."
"Oh no your mistaken my last name is Grim and my husband last name is Howard." They apologized.
"No no you've done no harm and please call me Eliza." She's really beaming.
" Ok." And with that my mom finally left my room.
"Who wanna watch Netflix?" Diana already had my remote and was waving it around.
"Sure." Both me and Shania said in unison. We spent a couple of hours watching Netflix until my mom called us down for dinner. We went downstairs and sat around the table with my family already there.
Dinner was good and Shania seems to really enjoy Charles presence. He really is trying to steal my friends. Needless to say we had a great sleep over but before we slept I asked if Gonzo was really his name.
They said no and told me that it was really Muhammad.They just called him that because of a situation that happened. He has a nice name. I like it.
