Chapter 16: Forgiveness?

--Catherine POV--

"If I gave you a chance?"
"Would you have taken it?"
"Or give it away?"
"Watch me lay on dirt?"
"Or pick me up when I'm hurt?"
"Kill me?"

Sienna and I were fighting for dominance as my voice kept on changing. In the end it was me who won and my eyesight once again slowly faded. I really do miss my eyes. I was lost and I hate feeling so defenseless. I whistled for Snow to come. Once I heard the ringing stop, I bended down and searched for the leash. Once I found it I stood up and told Snow to go to Gonzo. She obeyed relentlessly. I scanned his body for his face then once I touched it I just froze. It was different.

His mouth and nose were both now long and narrow. His cheeks were now the sharpest I've ever remembered it. His face was now  furry. Cute.

"I don't know what you see cute in THAT but I have tons of men ready to be a man."

Why are you so against Gonzo? You weren't before in the hospital room last week."

"You dumbass! He tried to kill you FOUR TIMES! Besides he's the only one who can literally kill us! How can you be so..UGH FORGIVING!"

I'm not forgiving him. Your joke was an eye opener. He is a jackass but he's also our soul mate.

"Oh no no no NO. You must got me twisted. Your his soulmate not me. He exploded my heart. A Grimware only has one heart per lifetime. My soul mate line already snapped so I can't feel a single bit of the bond but you on the other still have you thin little thread pulling you to him. So I'm free to hate him whenever, just don't count on me to give you a few pointers on your first time. Okay?

"Your so frustrating!"

"I know but I said I was sorry."

"Oh no no no no, not you. I was talking to Sienna." I tried to remove my hand but only for it to have it placed back on his face.

"I like it...." He kept my hand on his cheek.

"Your not Gonzo are you?" I felt a smile forming on his face.

"I DO HAVE A SMART MATE!" He celebrate then slobber kissed me on my face. I laughed at his way of kissing.

"You don't know how long I wanted to see you like this. From the first time I laid eyes on you to the time I saw you running." He continued to kiss me. I stopped him.

"Why didn't you stop Gonzo from destroying 'us'" I teared up of thinking of what could've been but now is gone because of an ancient feud.

"I tried to. Believe me when I saw I tried. I tried to make him to stop having sex. I told him that it not the right way. I told him to stop everything but he's still a Necromancer and your still a grim reaper. I personally don't get it but I hope you change this fools mind. I thought Sienna was gorgeous."

"Careful you might get her-"

"Your not so bad yourself cutie." Sienna threw me back like that!

"Means a lot from you beautiful." His accent! Gonzo is a 2 but his wolf! A FUCKING MILLION! His sharp jawline can cut paper! His blue eyes and his silky hair. Yum yum.

"Would it be better if I took my shirt off."

I can't say anything..for the first time...

"Take a pic it'll last longer." He kept on closing in.

"Ok..we....might be able to forgive you guys.....only if....you be in a relationship with us for a week without cheating, no more rejection and no more bad talking. Deal?"

"What would be my reward?" He's fast! He was squeezing my ass forcing me to gasp. He squeezed my ass even harder making sure to leave hand marks on it. It was harder to breathe each second that passed by. I moaned out his name making him smirk. I know he can tell I was getting turned on. After a few more squeezes I regained my composure.

"You sure riding hood." I cringed.

"Now that was just corny!" I laughed. I like the wolf way more than his opposite. He smiled.

"Can I get a preview?" He really thinks he's smart.

"Be a good little wolf then I'll think about it." He tried to make his way to my region but I stopped his hand last second. I smirked then looked up. It funny how he thinks he can fool and ancient Grimware like me it is. I've been around on the block for more then ten decades. This is not my first time. He took some time then continued.

"Deal!" He agreed and we shook hands merged with a kiss at the end. I forgive Gonzo's wolf but there's NO WAY in hell I'll forgive Gonzo!
