P:  A bird caws, I have been in this dreamscape for at least a year now. I wonder what is going on in the real world. I have finally escaped that cave thing and I am now in the jungle. Hunting for food, my friend Jacki in my community I discovered, from walking for days, just by the river. I was tired and had a bad migraine along with infection on my chest. They sent a doctor to help me by washing an antidote over it. I was shocked at the technology. I was guessing this was the future maybe, 100 to 150 years have passed. But don’t worry they sent a doctor who was a woman. Any way, it has been a year now and I just wander out a lot of the shelter and sit at the river thinking of home. Until a boy I had seen before walking about the markets came over to me and sat down, I jumped in fright thinking a panther had found me. I looked at him and slid off the rock, heading towards the river I looked behind and saw he was following me.

“Please leave me alone, I do not want company!” I called.

I flicked my black hair around and stomped off, the crunching of rocks still echoed through the forest. “Wait!” He called, “I want to talk, you seem lonely.”

I spun around and folded my arms, “Hmph, fine! What do you want?”

“Are you from the past, I bet you are a princess because you're quite elegant but quite fit too, you also are…” He stopped and looked away.

“I am…?”

He blushed and then muttered, “You are beautiful. Beg my pardon, I must leave now.”

He ran back the way he came and I called for him to come. He didn’t obey and I was not used to someone not doing my orders. So I ran after him and hunted him down. I lost him but made my way to the shelter for lunch. Then I smelt smoke and saw a bright, orange flicker of light. I ran hard.

E: There was screams and flames everywhere people scrambling around, picking up as much of their belongings as they could. I couldn’t see one house that was at rest from the flames, I ran to my house and grabbed my locket that had a photo of my family and covered my mouth with my grey t-shirt. I tossed myself along the floor keeping low to keep as much of the vile smoke out of my lungs as I could. I got out of the house and ran to the towns meeting point. The crowd was loud with anticipation and right at the front was someone I recognised. It was the boy. The townsfolk were talking to their people about how the town would be restored in a few months and if anyone knows who started the fire would please report it in. We all stayed in little caves, building each other fires and feeding off the wild every night. They let me get eight hours of sleep each and every night because of my condition while they stayed up looking out for danger. I was starting to feel a lot better except for my chest...that was worse. A few months after restoration of the town, I had a doctors appointment. I was starting to cough up little bits of blood. I knew what I had but I didn’t want to be right so I went to the doctor. He confirmed my suspicions, I had tuberculosis
