I trip and fall flat on my butt.

They waterbend the water around me to lift me up.

They drop me. I grunt loudly as I land with a loud thud. Footsteps enclose on me cautiously, like they were afraid of me. I don't blame them, I too fear myself. Everyone does.
"We don't want to hurt you. Just tell us who you are and we'll leave you alone." The voice that belongs to the boy says. He had tattoos, blue tattoos on his arms, legs and even head. He was accompanied by two other water tribe members.
I cough up blood, which stains the pure white snow beneath me. "My name is Yana." Cough, more blood. "I come from the air nation, I ran away actually."
"Why did you run?" The boy with the tattoos asked me. I try standing up but I fell over again, what did they do to me?
"They told me...." Cough, blood. "They told me I was the Avatar."
"Impossible!" Tattoos shouted out. "I am the Avatar."
Then it hit me. It hit me so hard I cough more blood up. I know this boy with the tattoos, I know I do. I muster up all my strength to look him in his grey eyes. Cough, more blood bubbling out my mouth. "A-aang?"
It takes a while before he finally recognizes me. But it was too late, I already had passed out. "Yana!"

Hello! I hope you enjoyed the prologue and it made you want to read further to find out what happened to Yana, how she and Aang know each other and who the two water tribe members were.
I've been rewatching ATLA and LOK and I got inspired to write this fanfiction. I really hope you won't get confused, if you haven't watched LOK rt, I advise you to do so cause like some of the characters, I'm going to use here.
