Jet stated the he and his freedom fighters stayed high up in tree houses. Once we finally reached their hideout, Jet whistled and a roped dropped down. He pulled me closer to him, I pushed him away and showed him my glider.
"I can get up there by myself." I said opening my glider and flying upwards. Once I landed on one of the tree houses, I had to stare in awe. This place was beautiful. Jet shortly joined me after, he stood directly next to me, way too close if you ask me.
"Welcome to our haven. Here, the Fire nation can't reach us." Jet's voice wavered while speaking. I noticed that tears were lined in his eyes. It seems like the fire nation hurt him in a way, I know how he feels, I too were hurt by them. Numerous times.
"I figured." I nodded. Suddenly, I was thankful for Jet rescuing me even though he didn't need to and even though I didn't want him to. I was glad that I was captured by Kai, and not Zuko. If I was captured by him, I'd be halfway to the Fire nation palace by now. "Thank you Jet."
"For what? Sharing the most obvious piece of information?" A tiny smile formed on his lips and I giggled. He's much funnier than Sokka.
"No, not that." He smirked at me. "I wanted to thank you for busting me out, even though you didn't have to."
His smiled faltered. "I actually had to. You're going to hate me for this but you disappeared when the world needed you most, when I needed you the most, when my parents needed you the most. In my eyes, you're just as bad as the fire nation!"
I was by now highly confused. What does he mean by he actually had to? "What?! You don't have the authority to compare me to those monsters!"
"Again, I'm sorry for this Yana." It all happened so fast after he said that. Someone dropped down behind me and covered my head with a sack. I couldn't see a thing but I could hear voices and they belong to Jet and someone I thought disappeared from my life for good.
I was suddenly thrown on a Kamodo Rhino, judging by the fact that it was hard. We jumped, and I cried for my dear life. As we landed, my head hit something and I went out cold.

"You know, Jet was such a help." His voice woke me up. "But maybe you didn't know. Maybe you were charmed by his looks. Maybe you were too dumb to know it."
The first thing I noticed as soon as I set my eyes on him, was the scar on his left eye. His hair was now fully grown and it hung over his eyes, I guess it's safe to say that he looked absolutely gorgeous. Even if it's my enemy.
"So are you dumb?" Zuko's voice echoed in my head as I stared at him in pure horror.
