I pulled the blanket over the sleeping body of Sokka. He seemed so peaceful when he slept. Everyone else was asleep, except for Appa and I. We were on our way to the North Pole, for real this time, I hope. I was tired but I couldn't sleep, I guess I was just afraid that Zuko might find me and try to turn me in to regain his honor again. If you ask me, I say his honor burned the day his father gave him that nasty scar.
“Y–Yana?” Asked a very sleepy sounding Sokka. I looked in his direction, a tiny smile grew on my face as he rubbed his eyes. “Why aren't asleep?” He yawned.
“Couldn't sleep.” I said. Sokka looked at me like he wanted to debate on something but kept it to himself. He said goodnight and I returned it. I sighed as I lay my head against my knees and hugging them close to my chest.
“You're thinking about them aren't you?” Sokka asked, sounding wide awake. I knew right away that he was talking about the fire nation.
“Yeah....” I held back a sigh. “I'm just really worried, that's all.” Worried that Zuko might capture me again, worried that I will have to be chained up again, worried that the Fire Lord will want to burn me again and worried that Azula will strike me with lightning again.
“Just relax Yana. It's not like they know that you're alive. They think you're dead right?” Sokka asked me. Just those words brought back so many different memories, good and bad.
“Yeah.” I whispered, with tears in my eyes. I looked away from Sokka as I bit down unto my lip. I can't cry right now, not in front of Sokka. “Goodnight Sokka.” I said before making myself comfortable and lying down. I heard Sokka say goodnight before I heard a soft snore. I waited a few more minutes just to make sure he's really asleep. I took my glider and flew away from them. Appa roared at me but I managed to shush him before flying further into the open sky, in the different direction.
“I'm sorry Aang.” Tears rolled down my cheeks and I wiped them off. Well, I did say I want to go to Ba Sing Se.

Aang's p•o•vI yawned loudly as I woke up, hoping to wake the others up. To my surprise, Sokka was awake and he was frantically searching for something. I could see that he wanted to cry about something. That's when I noticed. My glider stood alone, and Yana was gone. My heart pounded, did the Fire Nation capture her again? I really hope not. Sokka dropped down on his knees and cried.
“She's gone.” He said. He sounded so broken, hopeless even.“She's never gonna come back is she?”
“No.” I whispered. I know my little sister, I know she'll only come back for the person she really loves. Judging by the fact that Sokka is crying for her, I'd say they both love each other.
