i yawn, taking out my phone.
8:25pm
pretty late.
"do you still want to go?" she said referring to holly-may
"i'm not in the mood to see that many people that i'm not comfortable with but like it will be nice i guess." i shrug
"call holly-may, see if she wants to come." She suggests
my head pops up, "nah, she's with her friend, nicola i also-"
laura laughs
"ha ha, yeah cause it's so funny." i say playfully rolling my eyes
"i saw her like an hour ago, at ihop."
i look at her, "how does that help me?"
"okay" she said in surrender seeing that i don't believe her
i widen my eyes, "so she lied? so she doesn't have friend named nicole?"
laura laughs and shakes her head, "she does idiot, nicola. i had a little chat with her. seemed like she was ready to watch pretty little liars, what she told me."
i don't know why but i feel a little bit relieved, "so she didn't want to hang out with me?" i pout
"it's just she didn't want to give in too easy with you, i was talking to her earlier. and as i said it, seems like she's not doing anything interesting. go to her."
hmmm, should i. or would it be desperate?
"you're not going to be desperate, you're keeping her company."
"wow did i really say that out loud?"
"i think you did." laura laughs

"go now, it's getting late." laura suggests

"I went with mac to venice beach today, he asked me about you today"
"you were with mac? why?" i say scrunching up my face, focusing on my toe nails as I was painting them with red nail polish.
I was having a facetime audio call with charlotte, since I have no one to hang out with.
loneliness is really a thing everyone.
"he's really cool now! dude, like he even got a fresh new hair cut. he got a girlfriend too, shes pretty."
"oh wow, good for him," i say unenthusiastically, still focused on the nail polish
"he asked me about saying like, 'where's holly-may?' and I was like she's in new york for a couple of days. then he was like 'oh yeah, forgot she's too famous for us now, nevermind' "
"oh wow, he a lil bitch." i laugh, picking up my phone since it kept buzzing notifications
