Bullied Nagisa x Karma pt.2(final)

Karma pov
I went over to the lockers, getting my bag out.
I threw it over my shoulder and smiled.
I was excited to hang out with Nagisa.

I still remember the day I moved here and entered the class.
Nagisa was the only one who caught my eye. She seemed unique.

I was always curious as to why she had those bandages.
Was she able to see? Breath?

She was always alone and never said a word to anyone.
I wanted to go up to her and talk to her.

I didn't need to know her personally to know if she was kind or not...I already knew she was.
Nagisa was always picking trash up, feeding animals, watering plants, even helping strangers

One time I followed her home, what I saw broke my heart.
She was helping a crying kid who lost his mom, but when she found the mom she ended up yelling at her, saying "What'd you do to my son! Go away! You monster!"
I wanted to kill that women, Nagisa is no monster!
Just because her appearance is different!
She's already beautiful!

I began walking back to where I left Nagisa, but I overheard the classroom girls
"Stay in your lane!"
"Yeah! And don't even think about stealing Karma!"
'Damn these girls!'
I stayed behind a wall and waited a bit
'Come on Nagisa. Say something. Don't let them continue bringing you down!'

Just then I saw Rio bend down and whisper something to her ear
'Tch!'
"Stay away, we're warning-!"
"Leave her alone!" I came out from where I was hiding and ran over
"K Karma" they all yelled my name in shock
"Why are you always bothering her! Can't you give her a god damn break from your  fucking threats and jealousy!"
"We just-"
"Just what!?"
"She was being too friendly with you" Okuda answered
"I don't need you to take care of me! I'm choosing to stay with Nagisa and no matter what you say I'm not changing my mind! So leave us alone!"

All the girls had tears in their eyes and ran off crying
I looked at Nagisa and noticed she was wet and full of trash
"You ok?"
"....Thank you"
I keeled down in front of her
"Why don't you fight back?" I asked
"..."
"Nagisa?"
"I'm scared..."
"Scared? Why?"
Out of all the feelings she should be feeling, she was more scared
I wanted to know
'What exactly happened before I showed Up?'
'I want to know more about her'
'Did she always wear those bandages?'

"They..."
"Eh? They?"
"They're the ones who did this to me" she pointed to her face
"!!!"
They hurt her and laugh at her because of their own fucking fault!

I was outraged
Why should their bullying end in Nagisa's pain and suffering!?
I looked up again and noticed that her bandage around her left eye came loose and fell off, revealing a beautiful azure blue eye
"Ah! Sorry!" She covered her eye in a panic
'Why is she soo scared?'
'How bad did her face look?'
'What exactly did they do?'
I grabbed her hand and pulled it off her face
"K Karma?!"
"Will you show me?"
"..."
"I won't laugh" I assured her
"..."
She took a light breath and undid all the bandages, unwrapping them off her face.
I noticed her small delicate hands shaking

She then removed the bandages off her face and looked up at me
"!!!" My eyes widened and felt my mouth drop open
She was...

Beautiful

Yes, there were scars, but there wasn't that many and they seemed to have healed.
They'll most likely be gone in a few weeks.
'How could people call Nagisa a monster?'
'If anything they're the monsters'

"Am ugly, aren't I?" She looked down
"No!"
"Eh?"
"You're beautiful!"
"Beautiful?"
I nodded
'I could see why she would be a threat to all the girls, but to scar her face and bring her down
"..."
"Um..."
"Yes?" I asked
"Am I really beautiful?"
"Yeah. Very"
"..."
She then smiled the most beautiful smile I've ever seen
"K Karma, do you by any chance have a mirror?"
"Why?"
"I want to see"
"Have you never seen your face before?" I questioned
"No"
I remained looking at her in disbelief, but then I smiled
"Let's go to the restroom"
I stood up and offered her my hand
She took it and we headed to the girls restroom

I entered too since it was late, I doubt that anyone will come in

Nagisa stood in front of the mirror and touched her face
"This...is me?"
"Yeah"
"I'm..."
"Gorgeous" I completed
She turned around and looked at me
"Both inside and out" I told her
She only smiled
"Here" I took off my blazer and had it to her
"Thanks"
I looked at her while she removed her wet jacket and put on my blazer
'She's so cute...'
'I'll make sure to protect her at all costs and her precious smile'
"Nagisa..."
"Yes?"
I cupped her face
"Will you go to the dance with me?"
"...Yes!"
We both smiled and hugged each other
